It is so disappointing that there are so many bad reviews about staff and it seems to go unnoticed! I was in the shop earlier today and was the only person in the store. Two girls were working and neither one acknowledged me nor stopped gossiping about the previous employee "who just quit". The lack of customer service is appalling. This is such a cute store but I rather go elsewhere.

The employees are the most racist people I've ever met. This Asian girl working in there accused me of stealing despite me clearly returning the necklace to the rack. I did not place my hands anywhere. My friend who is white was walking in and out of the dressing room with tank tops because she was trying them on. Shw was never asked whether or not she was stealing. After she rudely asked me to empty my pockets, there was nothing found. She clearly looked embarrassed and scurried away shamefully. She did not apologize at all.

I was with my friends at this shop on January 12th. Throughout the time I was there, we all tried on clothes and one of the employees was giving us bad looks. We figured she was just tired because it was the end of her shift. When I went in the dressing room originally my items had been counted. I realized one of the zippers on a sweater I grabbed was not working. I kept going in and out of the dressing room grabbing different items and bringing them in. The employees had no issue with this even though they were not counting my items. Later that night I was about ready to check out. I was looking at the necklaces with my asian and hispanic friend. I am white. I was grabbing necklaces off the rack and putting them back on. I walked away from my friends to go buy a sweater. My hispanic friend continued to look at the same exact necklaces I was looking at. This was one of the only times that night where I was not with my friends. The second we were seperated I witnessed the bleach dyed hair asian employee come up to my friends. She asked my hispanic friend to empty her pockets and accused her of stealing. When my friend did not have anything in her pockets, the employee did not apologize. I find it odd that she only decided to come up to my friend when I was not with her. I also find it odd that this same employee did not accuse me of stealing when I brought additional items into the dressing room. Clearly this was racial profiling and the employee who behaved this way should be fired.

Rude, eye rolling girls that work there. Please hire staff that are at least welcoming. Every time I have stepped in there it is the same damn experience. I wonder if they train the young girls to be so rude (sofie) u especially. Will never shop there again.

After asking the cashier for parking validation, I was not given it and I had to pay $16 for an hour and a half. It's sad that I couldn't back up at the pay station to go back in and ask her again. But oh well, I won't be coming back here! It's not worth the expensive prices for low quality, basic items. I don't even enjoy shopping here. I only go for my sister and my friends to spend time with them. Horrid service!

I know these reviews don't matter, because Brandy Melville is suspicious and have never cared about their customers, but I'm posting this anyways in hopes the girls who work there see this and reconsider their attitudes. I'm 22, maybe I'm a few years past the brandy demographic, but the employees who range from 15-18 look at me like I'm not supposed to be there. Every employee just glared. When my friend and I asked where to find a sweater, the two employees looked at eachother and then looked at us and pointed in an unclear direction, said "might be over there". Not trying to be mean, but they are all are acting like spoiled brats. If you don't like talking to people don't work in customer service. You're miserable energy is just going to hurt you in the long run. be kind, that's all.

This store is a joke! There employees all five of them getting paid for nothing to stand there talking to one another drinking there coffee These girls have no clue what a real job is! There entitled and rude and have zero customer service. One size fits all! Great work ethics

Best Brandy Melville simply based on customer service. I usually don’t have the best shopping experience at other locations, due lack of friendliness and approachability from the associates. Not at this location though, this associate was super welcoming. She was also very helpful and went out of her way to bring a clothing item to my dressing room, that was similar to what I was looking for. More Brandy associates need to have this type of customer service. I will only be shopping at this location from here on out.

Super cute clothes and great service from the girl who checked me out but lose the girl with the tiny, slicked back ponytail..... ... Gross attitude and extremely rude. everyone in there was talking about how nasty and uncomfortable her vibe was. Unfortunately not a good look for the store.

The workers could definitely benefit from coaching in customer service. I don't know if they are told to be disrespectful to customers or just not trained. Anyways, there are plenty of "fast fashion", non-sustainable clothing options within a 10 foot radius of this store in Pacific City. They all basically sell the same stuff so I just shop where the customer service is much better (any other store).
