It’s no secret that Mercedes Benz vehicles require extensive knowledge, precision skills, and highly trained technicians to maintain and repair. This is EXACTLY what I found with Serge over at BenzWorks. I have heavily modified AMG GTS, which isn’t your average Mercedes. It had a steering vibration at 80+ mph, making it a little more tricky to diagnose. After taking it to a couple other shops and not being able to figure it out, I was referred to BenzWorks. Serge was able to sort out the issue and quickly had my AMG back on the road. Take your Mercedes here and nowhere else!

Never going to the dealership for work again. These guys are more AWESOME and accommodating. The whole team is so nice, easy going and straight forward, not to mention the front desk girl being so sweet and knowing exactly what I'm talking about every time i call- i never have to give the run around about things or try too hard to explain what i need. I've never had a crazy wait time or anything, they've always took my car in and started. I mostly love how they never try to add a bunch of extra work in (although I'd trust them if they recommended anything). They have such a sick collection of cars all over too i can't help but be in awe with the eye candy haha

I recently moved to HB and was looking for a reputable Benz shop for my vehicle and reading the great reviews for BenzWorks I brought my vehicle in for inspection and estimate for repairs.Place was very clean, Lauren was great at front desk and they had a lot of high end cars in for service so I left my car with them and awaited next steps. BenzWorks gave me a very high estimate and I quesitoned if the vehicles issues were that serious, so I brought it back to the shop who had serviced my car before I moved to HB, to get a second opinion. My old shop showed me the issue and gave me a much lower estimate and none of the repairs required were what BenzWorks quoted me for. I have been driving my car for several weeks after the repairs, no issues so I am confident my old shop performed the work necessary for repairs. Unfortunately I had a bad experience with BenzWorks and glad I got a second opinion before agreeing to BenzWorks estimate.
