Dr. Lizardo has given my cat excellent care for years now. He is reassuring and good at explaining things simply, and I have always felt like he has given me treatment options, not high pressure tactics. Thanks to Dr. Lizardo my cat is still thriving as a 16 year old senior with a chronic health condition. Araceli and Denise and all of the other staff members I interact with are also friendly, caring, helpful, and efficient. I appreciate being able to schedule appointments using the app instead of having to play scheduling phone tag. The times I have been inside the office it has always been clean and pleasant. Highly recommended!

This is a great vet clinic. The staff is really good and both Dr. Hashimoto and Dr. Lizardo are really great. Very thorough and knowledgeable, explain everything patiently, genuinely care about the pets. Love this practice. Appointments and prescription refills are super easy too.

My maltipoo loves this place! This is the only pet hospital that makes him comfortable and safe. He always walks out happy. We usually come here for vaccines and came once for dental work. The staff here are nice and knowledgeable.

I have a very sick cat with a very complicated situation. I feel that the dr's are incredibly competent. They are equally caring. With the limited and difficult treatment options, I feel like they have made it as positive of an experience as it could be under the circumstances.

Dr.LIZARDO did EVERYTHING he could to try to make my dog well again. When other vets had given up he still tried. I am so grateful for the extra few months I had with my wonderful FAELAN.

I previously brought both my dogs here and it was great.. Until 7 years ago, when the doctor jumped the gun & told us our dog might have cancer & we would have to take her to a specialist. We then had a million questions about how would we treat her? How much would this cost? Then he decided he would call a colleague for a 2nd opinion. We cried while he was gone thinking our dog had cancer and was going to die & how would we afford her treatment. He came back 15/20 minutes later to tell us oh, maybe it was a false alarm. He's going to do an x-ray. Some more panic, and then he came back & told us she had a bladder stone. Maybe call for a 2nd opinion BEFORE you tell your patients their pets might have cancer.
