I love how they've become more Indie-like in recent years. I just wish they would change their hours or change their tactics. They make you feel very unwelcome after 8:00 or so. They make announcements often, go around telling you they are closing, at 8:30 ask you to make final decisions, lock the entry way early. I understand people get distracted in bookstores. I understand they don't want to stay late. I just think stores that simply change their hours to help with that become much more welcoming to the customer.
