Slow would be KIND. Very frustrating experience just adding my trust information to their "new" system. Manager was unsympathetic and condescending as she tried to help a newer consultant. If I didn't have so many bill pay accounts to move, I would in a heartbeat. No consideration for my time and for being a customer of 40+ years. There must be a more efficient way to do something so simple. Still here after 90 minutes and they can't even produce 1 signature card. Ugh!!!!

Terrible service.I stood in line for 20 minutes. This bank only has one teller working, and a manager who just stands there and admires the view. All I saw were employees walking the floor and a manager who couldn't have another employee work the desk to help with traffic flow. So upsetting!!

Everybody got affected by the pandemic on different levels..This branch it’s so amazing it seems like they are the most people get affected by this pandemicI never seen a bank that would close weeks and months and the excuse is the Covid..They always tell you we don’t have a staff and they keep closing.. I understand to close couple days here and there if somebody gets sick or something like this but to be closing for weeks and couple months straight come on now..

Never open make you go 3 miles out of the way to other location just shut this location down. Their excuse for not opening not enough staff but they relocate the staff to the Edinger location. Also when you go to the other Bank of America they treat you horrible! I just changed banks to Chase they are so much better and do better financially!

Placed a foreign currency order on August 11 for pesos. After receiving confirmation of my order, received no further communications until I saw a credit back to my account for the same amount. After going into the branch today to pick up said currency, was informed that they don't have my order because they were closed for a week. Received no communication from anybody at Bank of America letting me know currency I was going to be using for a trip I'm taking in 24 hours was not available for pick up. As a customer who has been with the bank since 1994, the lack of communication is just not acceptable. With the limited hours in which you are open, please try and service your customers better

This bank has always treated me right when I needed to do a counter transaction. They generally aren't too busy for windows service either. Although they have been closed during COVID-19, their ATM machines still remain available.

Just ok. The service was very slow on the day I went in, even though there was only like 2 people in front of me in the line. The man who helped me was nice enough, but overall it was the best branch I've been. I feel like for the location (nice plaza, next to Trader Joe's) it should look nicer inside. Looks a bit old and not very well maintained. The ATM is slow whenever I tried to do anything more than taking out cash. Could use some improvement for sure.

The people at this bank are responsible for elder abuse! My 90-year old mother has an account there and wants to transfer the money out elsewhere. They won't let her do it unless she comes into the bank IN PERSON! Somehow the customer service people she's talking to on the phone think it's OK to demand a 90-year old leave their safe location in a senior facility to come into a bank. When she told them she could't come in as it may in fact kill her, they suggest that she go find a notary to witness her signing a form. Meanwhile, they're charging her $25 a month to keep the account open. This bank needs to be reported for their unconscionable activities and their practice of taking advantage of the elderly in the middle of a pandemic.

Reading the reviews and wondering if we all go to the same bank. Long wait times, never enough tellers, managers ignore customers. If my elderly father didn't insist on banking here, I'd avoid at all costs
