Here's another one star review obviously why this branch has a 1 1/2 star average because of frankly lousy service to be polite;Specifically writing about Carolyn T. who's Asst. Mgr. A new teller Brandon said my transaction was over his limit so he called Carolyn look at/approve and it was absolutely the insensitive third degree and I am a 30 year B of a customer with 165K personal MasterCard with BFA and 120 K business Xpress MasterCard with B of a which I explained to her after 10 minutes of going what the heck is going on to verify my ID which my drivers license in the way I signed the check was identical and I showed her the two Bank of America credit cards as she asked for second form of ID and then mothers maiden name and then she said she's gonna send me a text that if I could give her the code and I'm like wait a minute this all for cashing a 5K check "in person" is way way way overkill and I called her on that and she responded with frankly, a cocky, insensitive attitude, and there should be zero attitude. Other than may I please have this and pardon, but I also need this to help you l..she needs absolute retraining on etiquette. If this is the way, she treats a very well-established, personal and business account with these kind of credit lines, and I didn't mention another 40 K personal cash back credit card imagine what she does with just Joe or Susie general person hence look at all these terrible reviews they have one and a half stars you know is incomprehensible for the stature of B of A especially when competing against Chase and Wells Fargo. My advice find another bank that appreciate you as a customer

Must be nice to have some lazyyyy a$$ hours. This is a central location and they feel the need to have it close at 4. And the dmmmm place only opens at 10. What a junk bank BOFA has become. I have accounts here for over 30 years. And I wish that I would just move them cause I'm tired of their lack of customer service. Yet they love telling me thank you for being a platinum preferred client. Well I DO NOT FEEL PLATINUM OR PREFERRED.

Ugh, it's a pain to use it unless your have a Goldilocks vehicle like a CX-5 or CX-9. Cars are too low to easily reach the ATM. Try an MX-5, you may as well put the top down before you try. Trucks are the opposite problem, you'll end up hanging out the window. This isn't unusual at any BofA ATM, but this one is definitely the worst. That said it's a good location, so I'll struggle a bit if it saves me a 2 mile detour to another branch.

Big banks can be so...yuck! I just started my own business and I really wanted to just go to a local credit union. It's a small business..nothing fancy...i didn't need all the bells and whistles...but my friend has her business account with B of A and she said it's been a pleasant experience and I trust her. I can in and Jason Ta helped me. He was very friendly and professional. The process was very smooth and painless. He explained everything and was so efficient. I was in and out fairly quickly and everything was done! I was really impressed! Who likes setting up a business account can be so easy!!! Thank you Jason and thank you Bank of America!

Horrific wait times. No bankers or tellers available to help. Do not recommend this bank if you plan on making a transaction that requires you to wait in line.
