The laziest bankers in all of America. That’s what the name of this bank should be. They close at 4 o’clock on a weekday. Pathetic.

Don't bother going to this location. The location on Brookhurst and Slater has better service and is faster. This location is closer to me but is consistently slower than the location on Slater.

One teller with a line of 9 people. 5 agents standing around just watching with no one volunteering to assist the one teller.

Bank of America no longer believes in customer service. One teller with a line of 8 people. 5 agents standing around just watching with no one volunteering to assist the one teller. About my fifth experience with the exact same situation. Mostly can handle everything on an atm, but anything additional that you cannot - I do not recommend this branch. Contemplating switching banks due to Bank of America closures near us and this being the only branch with horrible service. Thank you to the one teller taking care of everyone with the upmost patience. I see you and thank you!

I guess I should start by saying I have been a 30+ year Bank of America client. Recently, I moved to Huntington Beach and I was looking for a branch near me because I needed to walk in for some services, which is highly unusual for me. I do most of my banking online or through the ATM.I had read horrible reviews about this branch so I was going in with quite a low opinion. On my first visit, there was nobody in line and one teller working, who waved me over immediately with a huge smile, and a very contagious greeting. She was professional, friendly, and personable all at the same time. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of my needs. Her name was Caren. She noticed one of my account balances and went as far as to ask me if I had seen some of the new rates that came out that morning for some of their accounts, and proceeded to print me out that information. What teller does this for you? None that I have ever had. I was so very grateful. Almost in shock when I left and thought wow I love this branch. I love Caren lol.I wound up, making an in person appointment on line. When I arrived for my appointment, I was pleasantly surprised, guess who, yes Caren was going to be meeting me as my account specialist. She is the woman of many hats at this Bank of America. After spending an hour with Caren moving money around and opening new accounts, I decided this is where I will do my banking. And I may just pop inside more often than I normally would if Caren is working, thank you for a job well done and showing pride and integrity and a fabulous work ethic! And to the tall dark haired gentleman standing around in the lobby, I guess directing traffic, thank you for sending me to Target to use the restroom. You are lucky to have Caren, that is why I chose this bank and you still get five stars.

I will update my 1star review.Who works 10-4?????? AND NO SATURDAYI guess it's this branch of BOA, a branch that is open to sit around and drink coffee, not really a branch that is open to serve their customers.Just close this branch already, it's a disgrace to their customers.

Went in two minutes after opening (10:02) on a Saturday - left 40 minutes later because of 13 people in line and 2 tellers.I've spent a similar amount of time at the DMV, which I can understand. This is just shameful because it seems to be a recurring problem and they do nothing about it.

by far the slowest bank of america service in the HB area. I've came twice, 2 days in a row, first at 3pm and 230pm the next.... unfortunately this is the only bank of america on my route from work to home. Maybe if there was more that 2 tellers, business could go smoothly... but a line exceeding more than 10 people waiting... with a turn around time of 30 min+..... this is by far the worse bank of america service.....

The hours of this bank, 10-4pm are unrealistic and inconvenient. In addition their "homemade signage" isn't well placed for people with disabilities. Finally, they now charge $8.00 to cash their own Bank of America checks. This is exactly why banks are closing branches and everyone is moving to online business.

People here work very slow and most of them are standing around talking to each other rather then helping out with the line.

This bank doesn't answer their phone during business hours. They need to consider people who can't get to the bank and have questions that need to be answered. Poor service.
