The worst branch ever in all of California. The manager is negligent, the employees do not work, and there is no management or follow-up for them. I don't recommend it at all.

3 o’clock on a Friday. There’s a line 5 people long. They have one teller working and she’s just chitchatting away with a customer. So disrespectful to their customers. In my business, we make it easy for people to give us money. It’s almost like they don’t even want your business at this place.

This location is weird. At 10:45 the bank teller walked away without replacement. Then people get long line without any teller to help.

Worst bank ever. Less and less branches. Longer holds on checks than any other bank. I feel bad for their employees that have to deal with a company that only cares about their bottom line... if you are thinking about working with this bank, you will regret it 100%

Worst experience ever with this bank staff. I had an appointment. Come in 10 minutes early. Had to wait for another 20mins. Meet with an arrogant attitude notary lady who is not helpful at all. Even want us to use other public notary. We are the premier customer of b of a . Why we need to go to other places for services. ???. In fact, I will never go to this branch again.

I have gone in person to this office twice this year for wire transfers. The nature of my wire transfers had to be done in person; I couldn't perform it on line. Both times, I ended getting into a verbal altercation with the staff or the assistant manager. This time, they wanted me to wait TWO hours because as it turned out you have to have an appoIntment for a transaction that was predominantly data entry. I wasn't having it. I am also a loud person, when irritated; so I created some disturbance at the lobby. I should add that I was in another BofA office the day before and walked in 50 minutes before closing, my first attempt to transact the wire transfer. I was told I could hang around and they will get to me when the two people ahead of me we're served and only if they get done before closing. You have to be a glutton for pain or an idiot to wait nearly an hour without any assurance you will get your business completed. So walking in to this branch, the following day, I was already annoyed even before talking to a branch staff. With all the branch closings, I am surprised this branch was not closed with all the bad reviews. No client should be so irritated by their treatment to the point that my heart palpitated so fast, my body was shaking. Save yourself. Avoid this branch or avoid Bank of America, all together.

The service center person at the HB Main Street office was terribly condescending today. The website wasn’t working when I tried to wire funds and she continued to tell me it did work. They also gave me a pin that worked for 1 wire transfer, then suddenly stopped working. I've had to go into the bank for simple services that the website should support (I've had to take time off work because of this). I have accounts at Chase Bank that have no issues and the website actually works. The systems at this bank are highly unreliable. Take your money anywhere else.

Was having multiple issues with another institution/ overdrafts, holds, and check order status. Matthew and a woman from leadership went out of their way not only to help solve the problems but also aid in my understanding of the issues and how to move forward in avoiding similar instances in the future. Very pleased with their professionalism and communication. (Will edit and get the woman's name who helped me when possible)

The young man with dark hair and i believe a mole on his face always gives me trouble. He’s not qualified to work there and knows nothing. i asked when the funds i deposited would be available to me he said tomorrow now it’s a week?? i would’ve cashed the check if i knew this. This isn’t the first time he’s messed up or gave wrong information. i don’t know how he hasn’t been fired. really unprofessional

Went in on Sat and they were open! So many BofA have shut down or changed hrs without notice. They were very nice and quick service plus they even squeezed me in to get a document notarized.
