Worst experience ever with this bank staff. I had an appointment. Come in 10 minutes early. Had to wait for another 20mins. Meet with an arrogant attitude notary lady who is not helpful at all. Even want us to use other public notary. We are the premier customer of b of a . Why we need to go to other places for services. ???. In fact, I will never go to this branch again.

I have gone in person to this office twice this year for wire transfers. The nature of my wire transfers had to be done in person; I couldn't perform it on line. Both times, I ended getting into a verbal altercation with the staff or the assistant manager. This time, they wanted me to wait TWO hours because as it turned out you have to have an appoIntment for a transaction that was predominantly data entry. I wasn't having it. I am also a loud person, when irritated; so I created some disturbance at the lobby. I should add that I was in another BofA office the day before and walked in 50 minutes before closing, my first attempt to transact the wire transfer. I was told I could hang around and they will get to me when the two people ahead of me we're served and only if they get done before closing. You have to be a glutton for pain or an idiot to wait nearly an hour without any assurance you will get your business completed. So walking in to this branch, the following day, I was already annoyed even before talking to a branch staff. With all the branch closings, I am surprised this branch was not closed with all the bad reviews. No client should be so irritated by their treatment to the point that my heart palpitated so fast, my body was shaking. Save yourself. Avoid this branch or avoid Bank of America, all together.

This branch tried switching my safety deposit box and never reported the situation to the FBI or any agency. They could care less if I die and sleep in my truck

Went in on Sat and they were open! So many BofA have shut down or changed hrs without notice. They were very nice and quick service plus they even squeezed me in to get a document notarized.

I have never given a bad review... but here we are. I almost lost my first home purchase from a mistake on their end. There is a difference between a wire and a transfer! DUH. Everyone's responses prior to mine say it all. Go elsewhere, change banks... leave!

This branch notoriously has one teller no matter how long the line is out the door. I get that BofA wants to encourage online banking but some people need to see an actual person live inside the bank. These banks are getting away with highway robbery for no service and all our money and interest!!!

What a joke. One teller every day. I've been waiting to cash a check for 30 minutes now. Happens every time I'm here. There are so many better options that would love to have our business.

I regularly go to this branch. Wait to see a teller is usually 30-60 minutes. It's absolutely ridiculous, if you value your time don't open a account here.

This bank is constantly understaffed. Going inside for anything takes at least an hour. Only one teller at a time regardless of the wait.

They have everything you'd want at a Bank of America at a convenient location (which is at the southmost end of the Five Points Plaza). They have Loan officers, tellers, notaries, safe deposit boxes, and three ATMs with selectable denominations (i.e., 20s or 100s). There is also always an armed security guard outside. I will say that the line is always long here for tellers, at least five or six people, but often many more.

Worst bank I've ever been to. I'll be banking elsewhere, thank God. Bank of America as a whole is the worst experience I've ever had.

What a joke this place is. 15 people standing outside in line for over 10 minutes and nobody moves. Great customer service, thanks so much.

August 4, 2020 I went to Bank of America to get my EDD money through The B of A card that was issued through EDD I have been going there for three months to get my unemployment this morning I was informed bySamir Patel making his own rules that I could not use my PO Box to get my money as an address I told him I've been coming here for three months they have use my PO Box that is on my drivers license on my EDD application and taxes he said I needed a home address I told him I couldn't provide that because I was homeless due to loss of job no money can't pay the rent . He went behind the counter to tell them I had a PO Box that I could not withdraw my money those Tellers are regular Tellers that I dealt with when I go to B of A . This guy was just trying to create a problem for me when lots of people hundreds thousands use PO Box lots of homeless do and regular people that have a home too use PO Box, that nasty guy Samir Patel was try to be a busybody people could hear our conversation in the bank there was at least 20 standing in line no wonder they have a bad reputation you get treated like you are a criminal or not an American there is no rules about PO Box and home address especially when EDD sent the card and it's register under my name with the correct information on file and B of a has that information he was just a nasty person trying to make life difficult for unfortunate situation. I got his supervisors number his name is Robert Ervolina 714-965-7675 so I just want to say to you Robert shame on the employee that works for B of A Shame on you Samir Patel . The end of the conclusion the teller did take my drivers license with my PO Box for the last three months I got paid what's owed to me. BofA does not have good review The only thing I could say is be careful if you open an account there what a headache for no reason customer service does not exist there the power of making the decision is to bank somewhere else . shame on you again.
