Stephen was so patient with helping me choose my backyard island, bbq, fridge and dining set. He went the extra step coming out to measure my space and created a 3D drawing and got the island fully customized to what I wanted and helped me decide on the sling pattern for my chairs. Pricing was what is expected for great quality products that will last for years to come.

I ordered an entire patio set...one love seat, a chaise lounge, 2 ottomans, 2 swivel action chairs, a coffee table and an end table. This furniture is fantastic.Beautiful and so, so comfortable. The 2guys who delivered the furniture were great...set everything up for me where I wanted it to be placed. I now have a gorgeous conversation area in which to sit, relax and enjoy my yard. This company sells nothing but the highest quality furniture..wonderful to work with.I highly recommend Backyard Expressions.A very happy customer...Leah Stuart

Purchased a year ago for our backyard Reno. Quality isn’t great. Rustic means rustic. Handles already rusting and it was only exposed to rain once. Will line inside with a cooler bag. Not sure how it hold up as there is already signs of wear and has never been used. For the price…keep looking

Nice of you to finally respond in a sincere manner Angela. It would have been appreciated much more if you called us within 24 hours of our issue. It wasn't until I posted the 1-star review until we finally heard from you. Sadly, you were more upset about the Yelp review instead of focusing more on customer satisfaction. In the end, Mike ended up coming back out (without a contractor) and he did a great job. I don't know why he put us through all that hardship by wasting our time for him to come out and do nothing, and say a contractor was needed. He clearly isn't very good at communication. So, someone in the front office should've followed-up and expedited our installation ASAP, because apparently all it needed was a minor adjustment.

Just a "class act" operation from start to finish. Found out it's a family run business so i knew they would take pride in the work. I reached out to Backyard Expressions when I found them in a search I was doing for my Executive. I had called a number of other places, and after the sharp tongue, quick to interrupt, and well, rude people on the other end of the line, I said, OK, I will try one more place. I am SOOOOO glad I did, because Stephen picked up, and what a delight and game changer that call became! Like for real, what a delight. Super knowledge, extremely professional, very courteous, went above and beyond, and did it all with such a positive, peppy, and let me serve you attitude. My executive ended up buying an umbrella and base from them and it's top notch, the Cadillac of umbrellas I call it. But wait, there is more. My executive has been in the market for an outdoor heater. He had been working another company for some time, but everything was just dragging and lingering. So I said, "Hey! Let's call Stephen!" It really did go just like that. I called Stephen, asked him if he had what we were looking for, and boy did he! Now, I must add, my executive went in the store in person to get more information and details about this heater and components. He could not remember Stephen's name, and unfortunately was met with a sales person that really was of not much use and wasted my executive's time. Stephen was with a customer and not able to catch my executive before he left, and was aware of the poor service, and contacted me right away about the interaction. Monday morning came and my executive told me he could not remember Stephens name and someone else helped him, and my executive's words were, "it was a waste of my time, and useless to me." (Now, if I was writing this review on that guy and that experience, this store would be getting a 1 star.) I got to tell him that Stephen had reached out to me and told me he figured as much, and that made my executive very pleased. I picked up my phone and we called Stephen right away. It was through that lead to another sale with Stephen, the heater. Stephen is top notch and set apart from regular, typical sales people who I dread working with and interacting with, because there's no life, no zeal, and just blah. Stephen cares about the customer experience, the customer relations, and the customer service. He cares about the business he represents. Stephen is not the owner, but I promise you, if you go in and see Stephen and work with him, you'll think he is! We will keep going back so long as Stephen is there.
