As I am currently relaxing in my Arizona Leather’s “Venus” power swivel glider, I remember its recent purchase along with a matching 3-seat power reclining sofa (w/two theater arm cup holders). Being a 75 year old active couple of 53 years, we have been through many Lazy Boys in our days. With this purchase we were lucky enough to meet, learn, laugh and enjoy Louis Bazan, our salesman, over several weeks! Louis took so much time and patience educating us as we decided our future living room comfort…”BINGO!” How lucky are we to have visited the Huntington Beach Show Room! To this day, we continue to comment that our amazing furniture could not be more beautiful or comfortable as we grow old together…Cheers to Louis!!!! …and, Arizona Leather!

We purchased a love seat and a 3 seat recliners over 10 yrs ago and have been very happy with both sofas except for the frame. The first time we called for service, we were ignored by Justin, the customer svc mgr. It wasn't until I threatened to go to the owner were we able to get a response from him and get an appt for service. Now 3 yrs later, I left a phone message for Justin with 3 follow up emails to no avail. He should have confirmed a ticket has been issued for a service call, but no response at all.
The frame has a life time warranty and we want them to fix it.
It shouldn't take a week to get over a week to get a response!

I purchased a chair from AL because I was making a decision based on the salesman's explanation of how great this chair support was for his back. I to have back problems and felt that this chair was working so well for him, it would work well for me. I really did not have an opportunity to do research in regards to the chairs structure and advantages for support. Once I started investigating, I did call and ask if AL could cancel the order of the chair. That cancellation would have been early in the manufacturing of this chair. I was told no that, it was to late. The chair is a standard production for this company. I did not order anything to make this a special order but liked the idea of a wall hugger which was recommended by the salesman. Four months later I received the chair and again requested to return it. The salesman message said no AL would not take it back, unless I paid over $1000 (deposit) for it to be taken back. The seat on the chair is very hard with minimal cushion. ( the one I sat in at the store was not hard) there is no support on my lower back. My back and leg hurt after sitting in it. I have laid on the chair by raising the legs and lowering the back and find the it does not support my neck or back and leave me feeling sore. This chair does not give me the support I II want AL to know this chair should not be sold as one that will provide the support for all. It was not made with any special measurements or adjustments that would help alleviate my back problems. I also think it is important for AL to know that because it works for the salesman is a sales pitch, and does not mean it works well for all, as the chair is not supportive for my body size, and weight.

Would like to reverse our first review as a mistake in the order. Later the order was corrected and we got the right furniture. They were apologetic about the order mix up mistake.and we really appreciate it.
The delivery were very cordial.

Just purchased a sectional from Arizona Leather. This review is for the top notch service we received in store. Chris the manager went above and beyond to help us make our selection, he literally carried a cushion around to every color wood in the store to make sure it would match with different furniture colors + styles. He stayed an hour after closing to make sure the design and colors were perfect for us. He was patient while I sat on every single piece of furniture and looked at everything single color of swatch. There was zero pressure or upsale. Hopefully my new albeit expensive couch is as fantastic as the service we received. I will update.

Their leather selection is unlimited. They can customize to your specifications. They have couches and sofas that recline. Their employees are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The value received justifies the prices.

I needed to update this review, after our initial contact, we called back the following day, and found the stuff to be very helpful, as they said when we purchased a back to their product and sent out technicians to tuneup and repair our couches. Great service. Happy customer.

I finally got my barstools just to find out the person who ordered them ordered incorrect size 30"! My husband had told him he needed counter height "24-26" they measured, used measuring tape and husband had to leave so I was left to sign off on paperwork. Once finally received he had ordered bar height very very displeased with such a large error on a high end purchase and now stuck with final sale chairs I can't even use. It was a big mistake putting my purchase in this stores hands! I was planning to buy entire living room set but will not be doing so here.

Louis our salesman was very helpful, the quality of the furniture is top of the line. Delivery is pending. The only thing that i would change is that this survey should be easier to fill out and it should be sent with a request for input once the furniture is actually delivered.

We are waiting for furniture to be made, so this is a review only on the experience of making a sofa and chair purchase through Christopher, the manager at the Huntington beach location. A consummate professional, answered a lot of questions, shared options to consider to address our needs. So impressed that we came back the same day to make the purchase from him Very professional and recommend him highly.

Update- I did dispute the credit card charge for the sofa and filed a complaint with BBB. AL picked up the sofa on 5/24/23. Per AL they will fix the recliner on the sofa by adding a small theater arm and additional filling in the pillow to correct the gap. Per AL I will not be charged for the pick-up, re-delivery or theater arm. I will cancel the dispute when the sofa is re-delivered. So far this has been an unpleasant experience. Hopefully it will end well and I will have no further problems with the sofa.
