Absolutely the most helpful customer service ever. We were able to rent a mobility scooter for my mom at the last minute for our daughter's graduation. Drop off and pick up service. The scooter was perfect and in excellent condition. The battery last in a long time I will definitely use it again!

The owner was so accommodating. Rather than charge me for a repair, she gave me a spare part she had that I could just put on my wheelchair myself. Very honest & kind!
