I bought one of the 711 brand ham and cheese sandwiches which are not that bad. Lady working behind the counter did not want to give me her name. I told her that the mustard and mayonnaise dispenser was not working on the island and seemed to be broken. The lady who walk from behind the counter to go look at what I was talking about. She saw that it was broken and I asked her if she had any individual package of mustard and mayonnaise. She said no they do not and told me to leave the store. I asked her why she said because I broke the dispenser. I said no Miss I found it like this I was letting you know it was. She again told me to leave so I left. The ham and cheese croissant is not that good without mustard and mayonnaise.

Tonight I went to this arco to purchase alto pods as I always do at this location. I had asked the clerk if they still had the device for 99 cents as advertised and he had stated there was not anymore of that model at that price. I had told him I would skip on the device but I would still like to purchase the pods. That is when things got interesting. I had my us passport out to show him, and he physically shooed me away and said I need an id. I said this is an id, and as he continually shooed me away & told me he needs something to swipe. That is not a problem, every company has policies. The only concerns for me are why was he overly rude to me for denying the device and also why was this companies policies NOT in place THREE days ago on Tuesday when I purchased the pods with the same identification. I'm less disappointed in the fact I couldn't purchase the pods, but majorly upset that this man thinks it's okay to treat a returning customer with so much disrespect. I will 100% be reaching out to corporate to address this issue.

This gas station is in the most convenient spot out of all the ones I go to. It is open 24/7 so I can go in whenever and it's the closest one to my house. Unfortunately I won't be coming back anymore because there is always somebody going pump to pump asking people for handouts and I'm tired of it especially after one dude kept me standing there for 10 minutes as he was begging and pleading with me for money "for the baby" after I literally showed him that I was down to my last $80 to last the next 5 days. Doesn't occur to these people that you shouldn't be asking young people for money because most of us don't make much

Supposed to be open 24 hours, just went there (at 9:55pm) and the woman working tonight (6/2/2019) said they were closed and as soon as I walked in the doors that's were UNLOCKED she yelled "WE'RE CLOSED" repeatedly. I told her how I was almost completely out of gas and all I had was cash(bc my wallet had been stolen the night before) and she proceeded to yell at me "WE'RE CLOSED" This is unacceptable and completely inconsiderate. ESPECIALLY since the true hours are 24 HOURS... I will never be returning to this gas station.. I hope proper actions are placed and that no one else has to hope and pray they make it to the next gas station bc of an inconsiderate and lazy employee

My review pertains to a situation I had. Since I have had fraudulent activity at various gas stations (3 times), I am sensitive to when the machines are not giving receipts and direct me to the clerk. This happened today and I asked if the machine was out of paper. It was not. I therefore contacted the 800 number on the receipt to discuss with Arco/Tesoro my concerns. They ended up contacting the station. I received a text from someone named Sean claiming to be the manager. He sent me a text wanting to know what my issue was since Tesoro had filed a complaint (which was done without my approval). I asked him to call and he refused. Instead he texted a reply of "Good Luck" and a thumb up emoji. I ended up calling the station and spoke with Sean. Sean said he was the manager. I explained the situation and told him it was unprofessional of him to text me and screen shot the complaint without calling to discuss. I am not convinced Sean is the manager. I do not think this is a professional way to do business. I for one am skeptical of any gas station which does not print receipts at the pump, especially when that pump is NOT out of paper. My first question to the clerk was whether or not he needed to change paper. He said that there was no "out of paper" message. I'm not comfortable buying gas here and then receiving unwelcome ambiguous texts from a "manager" who won't bother calling me. Something is wrong here.

I do not live in Huntington Beach but. because I drive UBER and LYFT throughout So, Call need to fill up both my gas for my car and food and drink for my body! So; I googled the closest Arco AM PM to my UBER drop in Seal Beach and it led me directly to this one.I am writing this YELP review because I am very impressed with this station and food Mart! First off...the lot on which it is..Is extraordinarily large!Also there are 6 two sided gas pumps and there is the most space between each pump that even when this station gets crowded there is more than adequate space for cars to maneuver around other cars if pumps are occupied...But in addition if customers choose to not fill up gas...There are two separate areas for which St least 4 cars each can park securely and in between each there is air and water if needed for ones' cars!! And one of the greatest features esp as I am typing this is; and the ads are at the pumps...If one happens to love Arco AM PM' s Jumbo Hot dogs..As I do..This Arco A M PM is currently running a price special...Buy one Jumbo Hot dog at the reg price..And the second one costs only $1.00!!!!!!!!!!!! And in addition the inside staff are very friendly and they have very clean bathrooms for customers!!!!! October 23, at 6:20 am. The older Hispanic lady with redish orange curly hairy was extremely rude about my card not working with your system. Sarcastic attitute, why would you want that to be your customer service during your prime for morning revenue? People are just waking up going to work and they get the pleasure of dealing with that. As for her, if someone is paying you to stand at a register and just talk to customers, you should probably not talking to them as if you don't even want there buissness. You are only hurting your company that way.

I am only giving them one star because I have to. Came to this station because it is advertised as being open 24 hours. When we showed up at 10 pm, we were told by Circula that she was closed because it was shift change and her replacement hadn't shown up yet. She had her "things" to do. When we inquired about being open 24 hours, she was very rude. In fact, she had ear plugs in and didn't even care to have a conversation with us. Stay away if you have other options.

I didnt think it was cool to hear the orange haired older woman call a gay dude a maricon after he walked out of the store amongst other slurs against gays. The dude at the counter helps me out and seems cool, but he should've corrected her right away. Just because you speak Spanish doesn't mean white people, or any other ethnic background wouldn't understand it. Shame on you.

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with there just extremely rude employees that run that store. But it is an Arco so the gas is always good and cheep, just could use better people running that particular location.
