Second time they tried to rip us off by not honoring warranty, their tactics are well explained in previous reviews so no need to repeat here. Very disappointed.

Listen to the other reviews that say to not come here. I had a trustworthy mechanic of mine tell me I had a nail in one of my tires and that it was an easy fix. I brought it here to get it repaired and an employee came out to look at my car he also said it was an easy fix. Fast forward they call me to let me know that it is in fact not an easy fix and that we had to completely change out the tire and they even tried to sell me a full set. When I told them no thanks I'm gonna take it elsewhere they said they couldn't put the tire back on because it is "unsafe" because of the low tread. I understand they are liable for this but they cannot just force me to buy tires for this reason, which they did since they left me with no choice. This was ridiculous because the car was driving just fine before I took it there. I ended up having to buy two tires because they refused to just put the tire back on. Complete scam. Do not come here.

If I could rate it zero star I would.
I rarely do review. But I have to post this horrible experience at this location for others to know. We went in for a under warranty routine tire rotation on 7/13/24 at 4:15 pm (for 4 tires from America's Tire). From the attitude of an associate I already had a feeling they didn't want to take any "free service" in. And yup that's exactly what happened. Got a 5-minutes up-selling speech from an associate for a new $1100 set. He said matching tires were in stock, and he could "make it happen" right at that moment. So he meant not too late for service hour? When we declined, he took another 5 min to "locate" our record in their system. At other America's Tire stores, they pull up our record within seconds scanning our car or using our phone number. And at the end he just refused to do routine under warranty rotation. I was with my young son, so I did not want to escalate it with management and wasting our precious weekend on a horrible, if not abhorrent and distasteful, customer service experience at this location.
After get home and read other reviews, for sure management has been well awared and allowing this kind of practice to run amok at this location. Will call corporation to see their response.

**WARNING**
DECEITFUL EMPLOYEES, LOOKING TO RIP YOU OFF.
As firefighter I pride myself on integrity. So when I go to a business, I expect the same.
My wife went to get a flat fixed at this location. I had found a small leak in the rear passenger tire, with the old soapy water test. (Easy quick test)
Upon examination by them, they told her that her tires were too dangerous to fix and drive on. And that the hole couldn’t be repaired. They gave her a quote for $1200 for 2 rear tires, for a 2013 Mazda 6. She called me to ask, as this seemed odd.
I told her to run out of there as fast as possible and that they were employing the age old rip off technique of taking advantage of a woman, who was truly familiar with common pricing and issues.
This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will highly recommend never to use this location or trust what these people have to say.
I purchased all 4 tires for less than the quote they told my wife.
Fast forward. I took the car into Costco for the flat warranty. And it was fixed for free. I asked how bad the hole was that was causing the leak and they told me it was pretty small and they used their smallest plug.
DONT TRUST AMERICAS TIRES. THEIR SERVICE CONTINUES TO CIRCLE THE DRAIN AND GO DOWNHILL.
They used to be good…about 6-10 years ago. Sad state of affairs.

This place is awesome! I don't live in the city I knew my tire was low. So I stopped here to have them check it out. The sales guy Edgar was very professional and honest. Went all around and checked on my tires. My one tire had a nail in it the tire itself needed to be replaced. I'm having financial problems so he gave me a very good deal on a used tire. Edgar was very helpful of my problem. And didn't have to wait long thank you so much

Recently, I went to this tire store to get a tire replaced and Mark told me the tire would be $178 but when I saw the final bill when I got home, it was nearly $300. I know that I should’ve looked at the receipt more closely, but Mark said I would get free tire rotation and tire repair service but he didn’t tell me I would be charged for that. He also really pushed me to get my windshield wipers replaced even though he didn’t even look at them and originally told me it would be $17.99 but I told him I would pass. He kept on pushing me to do the wipers and said he would knock it down to $10 so I relented and said yes, but when I looked at the bill later on, I saw that he charged me $30 for three wipers, which was not what I agreed to. I feel that Mark was very deceptive and I heard him pushing the windshield wipers to several other customers. The next day I spoke to Terrell, who was the assistant store manager and I explained about what had occurred with Mark and the windshield wipers and that I felt that was very deceptive and not at all acceptable. He was professional and apologized and refunded me back $20, I told him that because of this experience that I would not likely come back because of what Mark had done. He apologized again and assured me that he would be talking to Mark. I definitely would not recommend this tire store

Went here today because I had a nail in my tire and was afraid of it being flat. I was assisted by Cesar who was very proffessional and dis a walk around the vehicle and inspected every tire for me and explained the threads I should be at and where I am at. Showed me a chart and everything. He wasnt pushy or tried to sell tires or couldve lied like other shops and say its unpatchable in order to get a sale. The wait was very minimum another employee with a red shirt (didnt catch his name) #softball. Was very friendly and was making time go by fast by checking up on me and conversating. Overall experience was quick, amazing, and very professional. Great place of business would go here if i needes tires.

Classic bait and switch. They quoted me $104 per tire, installed and out the door. Than they quoted my wife $108 per tire, installed and out the door. BIGGEST LIARS KNOWN TO MANKIND Our invoice was $537. These people lie straight to your face. My suggestion: don’t support crooks.
