I went in to buy a balance and rotation package for my tires, but this guy said they don't do that there. I went to a different store to get that package deal. And the guy from this other store said that all americas tires should sell this package. I recommend the store at springdale and edinger.

I am so grateful to Cody, he really really helped me and made my year! My back tires were both stabbed and I put the spare on one but it was smaller than the other tires, not to mention 21yrs old! I only had a certain amount of money and asked for 1 used tire but he made 2 tires happen for what I had!!! It was also less than an hour before closing and they already had multiple people in front of me and I only waited 45min!!! I have come here for a few years with my cars and they have always been great but I literally cried today because I was not expecting that amount of kindness and speed!!! So THANK YOU Cody! I won’t go anywhere else for my tires and I will tell everyone at my kids school to come here, since I am on the PTO I know A LOT of people in the area!!!

Great customer service. Every time I have to go there they'll check your tire for free pull up. Never even have to get out of the car

very disappointing experience. I've been a customer for over 15yrs, and stopped by to get tire check for possible nail.
I had two tires replace just three months prior, and looking to replace the other two.
the service advisor was more interested in selling me 4 new tires, rather than what I was asking for.
Rather than providing info and service, he was interested in replacing all 4.
Sad.

Sebastian is the man! Of all the Americas tire locations I’ve been to, he was the best person I’ve ever dealt with, professional, respecting and took care of me very quickly. He made my experience great.

Well came in for 4 tires was told they had them in, was sitting waiting for car to be done, guy yelled my husband's name who wasn't they're ,Said I have some bad news we only have 2 tires they have to get the other two and it's going to take about an hour more do you want to wait or do you want to come back tomorrow I said I will wait, they were very friendly unfortunately they weren't very organized they should have known that they only had two tires before I paid for everything they even said they called my husband when I asked him to call me because he was going to be out of town and said that the tires were in. I would definitely recommend them because they were very nice

America 's and discount tire are my go to for automotive tire needs. They patched a screw in my tire in less than an hour! Free of charge!
