I used to enjoy the quick and easy convenience when the store had the gate and cam method. Now for some reason, they switched over to a nightmare electronic basket that takes 2-3 times longer to use, or you use a regular basket, which is smaller than a normal grocery store's and check out at a register. Only problem is there checker is slower and you end up having to bag your own groceries anyway. Nice move Amazon, you just took all the convenience out of your original shopping experience. I'll be switching back to another grocery store.

Update: Okay Amazon we know you are missing around with the free Volta fast chargers, and we are upset.
I felt sad coming in and seeing there’s no that smart check and check out system. It’s like this place is losing my stone. I wish they would consider returning it back. I was hoping all Amazon location will be as skated as this one.

I didn't like that pizza guy who removed all the pizza at 20:00 exactly, they where all full and good , he didn't even give them a chance for couple more minutes. The thing they were still on the table behind him and that..... Says sorry. Sorry what seem you were planning to take him home? Feed them to the doors or just could not wait to let them all go waste. Not good
Also he was laughing about it as if it was a joke

Love the quality of food & service. The deals are great & the bonus I bag as I go & no need to stand on a line yo check out. One day I forgot my purse & it did not matter......have palm of my hand shall shop!!

Great grocery store with more! Easy in and out every time with just walk out technology. Sales items are easy to identify on digital price tags and food is always fresh and good quality!

I don't mind saying this, but Amazon fresh is underrated! The pricing on market is pretty right on amongst with other markets, their customer service is it easy five stars! And their fresh food is delicious! Definitely take the time to go in and check it out!

I consider this a poor version of the other Amazon owned grocery store, Whole Foods. It was hard for me to find the same variety of organic produce and meat, and there are no dedicated bakery, butcher, cheesemonger sections. They also don’t take Apple Pay. Otherwise it’s well organized, very clean and aesthetically pleasing and its overall appearance.
