Albertsons is my local store so I've gotten to know many folks that work there. Anna has worked there for a while and consistently has a wide smile on her face. During the pandemic, she was working masked despite the danger she was in. I knew she always had a smile on her face. Segue to today, I needed help finding something in the lotions aisle. My vision isn't the best so I asked a random woman in a powered cart for help. She was amazing to me. Thank you random woman. You made a difference today! As I walked to pay, Anna opened a new check stand for me (because of course she does lol.) Thank you to Albertsons for a well lit store and wonderful employees!

So I do my regular shopping here but wanted to write a quick review on their deli options for catering trays. I ordered a tray of their sandwiches on pretzel bun for an event at my church. Everyone commented on how delicious the sandwiches were. Very convenient ordering and pick up.

I want to say that I live within walking distance of this store and DO NOT understand the low rating. Most of the checkers here have been working for over 10 years at least. I know all these girls, their weird personality quirks, etc., probably what is affecting this rating. This is a GREAT store. I just went in today and Harrison helped me, clearly a newer and younger member of this location. He was so sweet and helpful, offering real conversation (no, how's the weather CRAP), and was very customer-service oriented. The managers seem to come and go at this location but the REAL people who assist you, check prices, and live REAL lives outside of Albertson's are still there. Maybe we should all be happy there is a local store that we can go to whenever we need it and still have real people helping us!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Albertsons was built on the location of a former Native American burial ground where the Tongva people laid their dead to rest, and the legacy of the burial ground remains as the spirits of the Native Americans of many generations ago haunt this location. Satan himself watches over this Albertsons, his presence clearly felt once you walk through the front entrance. As a good Christian woman, my heart immediately felt like a stake penetrated through it when I walked through the front door. I felt nauseous, nearly fainted and collapsed onto the floor, and the employees here had to call an ambulance for I neared death and stared Satan directly in his fiery red soulless eyes as I was blacking out on the floor. There’s very clearly a portal to hell beneath this store, and only those who dare come near it and feel Satan’s wrath shall shop here. Albertsons is an evil grocery store, and those who do shop here, repent and praise Jesus!

Terrible service no workers help, self checkout breaks every time I use it and workers look at the flashing pole and don’t help and when I ask them to help they take a very long time or don’t help at all

Dont think I’ve ever had a worse experience in a grocery store ..rude checkers that should probably quit ..go here if you have an hour to waste getting one thing and charged a dollar for a plastic bag

This Albertsons has the nicest staff members! Special shout out to Paige, Trisha & Jonathan. Not only do they shine with customer service, Trisha went out of her way to get a pumpkin pie for my husband. Really enjoy shopping at this Albertsons.

The employees are not helpful. They don’t allow me to enter my membership number and when they say they r yet it, they don’t!The produce section is nice and the pharmacy girls are lovely. The meat department is rude and unhelpful.

This is my Albertsons now, I live across the street in the HB. It has its pros and cons like any other grocery store. Cons 1) They lock the left door at about 6pm. I guess mostly because a homeless woman likes to camp out between the Chinese restaurant and the door? Or just to be annoying? Most grocery doors lock a door early because it's near their liquor aisle and they want to discourage theft. But liquor is on the other side of the store. This side has flowers/produce. They should at least have a sign outside that says Door Locked please enter to the right, or something. Although now that I know they lock the door, I just park near the other door. This is a public service announcement if you decide to shop here after 6pm. :) 2) Cashiers sometimes will only talk to each other and forget to greet customers. Full on not even say hello and start scanning stuff, continuing their conversation. I don't care, I will insert myself in their conversation. Pros 1) Daily discounts on 6 bottles of wine 2) Insane deals on Coke products like Buy 2 cases and get 3 free WTF? 3) Decent bakery section for desserts 4) I can walk here, but usually not since I have wine and coke zero to bring home My final rating - eh, it's close, whaddya want?
