Came at 4:40m on Sat, 11/4 for my annual flu shot and the pharmacist told me that they wee closing soon and refused to give me a flu shot.I questioned the 20 minutes remaining to be open and serving customers and she rudely said, there isn't enough time.Signage says open til 5pmNo appointment necessary That's only if this particular pharmacist isn't on schedule.WTF ?

I’m not one to complain but this is the worst pharmacy ever. Even when no one is in line they make you wait for at least 10 minutes before acknowledging you. They also take several days to fill your prescription and are not friendly. It’s unfortunate because it’s the closest pharmacy to my house but after having several bad experiences I willNever return. They are also closed everyday from noon-1pm which is inconvenient and makes no sense why they can’t stagger their lunches between employees to stay open. Do yourself a favor a get your prescriptions filled anywhere but here.

I have been utilizing this pharmacy for years since I have been on a number of medications, and I am overall pleased. Some of the pharmacists are lovely and I got to know them well. They showed that they truly cared about my health and they would notice when I wasn't there to pick up medication if I was in the hospital/etc and were always so nice and caring. Some pharmacists who must be newer since I didn't see them years ago aren't as friendly, but have never been rude or anything of that nature. I have received a number of immunizations which are always quick and no trouble. I will say a lot of times they don't have my medication ready which is annoying sometimes but i acknowledge it probably isn't their fault.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 15 to 20 years. I don't think they understand that they should follow the doctors orders and just dispense medications, not put their morals into medications i am prescribed Also, they are understaffed. There is a wait 90 percent of the time.

I sopped today and attempted to use self checkout.I had to scan Each item multiple times and pick and set down my seafood purchase as it kep giving me a weight error.Then at the end the software requested a phone number which I added and to be so rewarded the system froze.Yo add insult to this the person over seeing the self checkout did not and could not pull himself away from his bs session .Last time…Folks the independent grocery stores have better pricing and treat their customers better.I called the manager got an apology but that did nothing to get me out of the store or get his people working.

Pavillions Pharmacy West Hollywood owned by Albertsons is poorly run and it is deliberate. 1) It is next to impossible to reach the pharmacy during normal business hours. 2) leaving a message does NOT earn the courtesy of a reply. 3) several employees (not pharmacists) are unfriendly, pompous and arrogant 4) Several months ago I had this conversation with the pharmacist. He acknowledged a phone problem. 5) After two months the problem continues. 6) Today it is not possible to reach the store manager to deliver a message to the pharmacy. The phone tree is designed to create frustration NOT to provide customer service. Shameful, unprofessional.

Typical scenario when you go here. You walk up to the counter, they barely even acknowledge your existence. Finally someone comes to help you but go forbid if they are even cordial. You wait longer, and longer, they asked to see your driver's license, blah, blah, blah! I've bought a new car from a dealership faster than it takes them to get your prescription!

Ripoff or Incompetence? I shop at this Alberton's once or twice a week. Earlier this year, I noticed a package of country style pork ribs in my cart was mis-marked as sirloin beef. I took the package back to the meat case and noticed that all of the pork ribs were marked as beef (considerably more expensive per pound than pork). I told the manager and me said he'd take care of it. The same thing happened last month and it happened again today! Pork priced as beef! If I caught it three times, how often is this actually occurring? And their "error" benefits Albertsons as the price per pound is about $3-5 a pound higher than what you're actually buying (I've never seen beef mis-marked as less expensive pork). Considering the pattern, is this incompetence or worse, intentional?

I love shopping at Albertsons, I find everything I need and they offer a great customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the checkers are nice and the customer clerks as well. Some employees can really make your day with their attention, like Alessia, she is really sweet. I had my bag made perfectly, everything was perfect when I got home. Thanks!

The pharmacist at this location have been so helpful. If I were not moving out of state I would keep going there. Wonderful people.
