Well, I can say they fixed my pioneer elite receiver model number vsx56txi . I am extremely satisfied with there service, sounds great just like when I bought it 20 years ago. Parts are hard to find, it took about a month and a half to fix but it wasn't their fault. Thank you very much to Doug,Sonny and Garrett. Do recommend this place ??

I shipped my Onkyo receiver here for a warranty repair. I was given a claim number and my receiver was assigned to a technician. Their communication is excellent. I got my receiver shipped back to me working as good as new.
You might have to wait a long while to have it repaired though because sometimes they have to wait on a part to get received from Onkyo themselves.

Scott and Garrett are excellent technicians. They fixed my Marantz SR7012 surround sound receiver. It had sound and volume issues. They updated the program, fixed the sound and the volume control. It's like a "NEW" unit!!! I will keep Adams Electronics for all my units when they get sick. They are recommended by me.

I had a great experience with Adam's Electronics warranty repair on my Marantz SR6105 receiver. Unit was going in protection mode constantly due to internal component issues. Marantz sent me the shipping label/box for me to send to Adam's and within several days of the work order being received, they were able to remediate the faulty component and test accordingly.
They shipped it back in the same container and sure enough my unit is back in a good state. I will be using them for any additional issues for my Marantz, assuming it's still in warranty given I likely will use someone more local to me in San Francisco. Otherwise, I highly recommend Adam's Electronics if you have the Marantz SR AVR platform.

Came across this spot after having coffee a few shops down. I asked the front clerk if they converted cassette tapes into DVDs and she said yes... then I asked if it's even the ones from 1995 she said yes, so went home and brought the tapes in. I paid about $20 for each one to be converted to a DVD. She gave me about a week turnaround time, I wasn't in a rush to get them. Later that day received a call that all of them were ready. Stopped making dinner and went down to pick them up. Watched them after dinner, great quality and an amazing way to bring back memories.

The technicians at Adam's Electronics helped me with an LG display failure that should have been covered under warranty (5mo old) yet LG denied warranty based on a photo I sent them. They simply dismissed my claim as external damage. I demanded an authorized shop visually inspect the TV and determine cause. That shop was Adam's. They really focused on cause evaluation and the result was internal damage due to component failure. They then submitted those findings to LG and LG subsequently approved warranty replacement. Great job Adam's! I truly appreciate your time and effort to help me when the manufacturer would not.

Go here if you want to pay more to fix your item than it's worth. Sadly this is why most people just buy new instead of repair; I was charged $200 for a record player that was only worth $140 that I had gotten brand new
Let me also add, I was told it would be a 3 day turn around, instead it's been over a month.
Learn from my mistakes and go anywhere else to avoid this unethical business or fix yourself on YouTube.
When I tried to address it I was given the standard policy read back to me, showing zero ownership. The tone of the manager was sarcastic and dismissive. Even when I initially called they couldn't even find the record player with my name and phone number.

I have had two items repaired here, a 5-disc CD player and an Epson projector. Both failed within 2 months of being repaired. For the price I paid to repair them, I could have paid a couple $100 more to buy a brand new one. They charge an unreasonable fee just to take the item, and their cost for parts and labor seems very inflated.
For what it is worth, the staff are very nice and communicative.
My recommendation: if it is a cheap enough item, just buy new.

Had a Marantz Cinema 50 under warranty serviced here. the process was seamless - Adam's team took care of the logistics once I showed receipt. The experience with service was great - Scott kept me updated on progress and the unit was fixed earlier than expected (Appears most of the wait was in the part from the manufacturer). I was mostly worried about receiver's front panel getting dinged up - nope, I received it back in same clean condition. Glad to have a unique and efficient electronics service team in the LA area.
