The worst company you can deal with. They are a group of thieves who collect money under a false slogan, terms and regulations. Please review every paper before getting involved with this company and this branch in particular, and with the customer service of this company that leaves customers for hours without responding to them. What do you call this in the terms of this company?

He gets the job done quickly, knows his job well, and is kind. The AAA center manager is the best place I've been to.

Thank the lord I went to this place instead of the DMV! Heather was the one assisting me throughout the whole out of state title transfer and she was so patient and informative! Her colleague Jordan was super nice as well! It made my whole experience so much better! Heather was so sweet and she made me feel right at home. I hope I go to her for any future auto stuff. She is truly the best!

Bottom Line: Customer Service and efficiency that you would expect from a AAA office I have come to love our local AAA office in Santa Barbara but we were down in Orange County taking care of some family business that required us to visit for some DMV paperwork. We rolled in with no appointment and were greeted by a friendly and professional face that had our paperwork sorted in about 15-20 minutes. I think we were walking out in less than 30 minutes. The staff were professional and quick - exactly what you hope to find here! The building is confusing in a funny way. It's definitely a 1970's office building that's been modernized so it's new but it absolutely carries that Brady Bunch vibe and wait... no fishing....? There's a lake?! Very confusing. But the office is great - fishing aside.

Went there to renew our 3 car registrations. The staff were awesome and took great care of us. Seriously didn’t expect things to go so smooth. I messed up filling out the forms for the DMV. They helped me fill it out correctly, no problem. Left very happy with the servise. Honestly, there were some really grumpy customers there and there was a line with about a 30 minute wait. But the staff were awesome. I was very impressed. I would just avoid late afternoon when they are the busiest.

I'd like to add 1 star to my previous 2 star review. 9am Monday morning my agent called when she received my e-mail. She stated she did not charge us $40 each "this time" but in the future we would incur the booking fee. Also, she stands by the seat assignment but will look into it, once I told her it was incorrect. I did some checking on my own and found a list of fees for services at AAA. You will see it is quite extensive in addition to your annual fees if you Google it. Long post, but read to the bottom!!! I have been an AAA "member" for over 25 years. My husband has been a member even longer. We needed to book a flight and hotel. My husband wasn't up to doing it himself as he usually does since he's getting over an injury. We went to this AAA, our local, put our name in and waited for our agent. The wait, although longer than expected, was negligible since we felt we would have excellent service. Our agent, I choose not to name, did do her job, sort of...ok...not really. We had already looked at what we needed since we had to have specific dates and times. After she looked up everything, she informed us they were now charging a $40 PER PERSON SERVICE FEE!!! As if our membership dues aren't enough!!! I felt like walking out, but...you know how it is..she looked everything up, and it was all there. So, we went for it. My husband spoils me and purchases me the extra leg room seats because...well...happy wife happy life. Oh, and I am 6'1" tall. We asked if the seats she picked were extra leg room and she turned her monitor around to show us. Row 29 seemed very far back from where we sat in the past, but we weren't familiar with the plane. I called her to ask her to put our frequent flyer numbers in, but I didn't have my husband's and asked how to look it up. This is why she gets 2 stars. She was kind enough to send me a direct link to United so I could get it and with the e-confirmation # I could add them to our booking. Here's where they lost 3 stars...those seats that we paid extra leg room in row 29...we're not extra leg room. Good thing I checked! The agent immediately moved us to the proper row....#8. It's not that I NEED to be up front..but my 38" inseam really likes the room. I was on a regular coach flight from Boston to LAX and the lady in front of me put her seat back. I was on my laptop and all of the sudden I was a T-rex. It was cool. She had 2 small kids and looked really tired. Just so you know I'm not a prima dona. If you really NEED AAA for travel...know $40 EACH and know what you need or check it. Sorry.

Horrible service from Melissa Sara (714) 376-5932 from the OC office. She has consistently been pushing off my claim by asking for documents that do not pertain to my claim. One unhappy customer

We went there to pay our car tags. The person who took our information. Said you don’t take ATM we have to use cash, check, or credit card or they will charge us a fee. First of all our ATM card has a Visa logo, so it could be used as a credit card. I spoof arguing with the person. We went and got cash. When we got back they announced that, their computer’s went down. So not only were we put out of our way th get cash, we hit back and stil couldn’t get out transaction done!!! Aside from that the person checking us in.asked in a kind of accusatory tone said. “Do you.have your smog done.!” I have been a member since 1984. And I gas e never been more disappointed in AAA in my life!!

The branch was very busy but the customer at this HB location was exceptional. From the door greeter to the clerk at the check-in counter to the insurance representative and onto the DMV member. Keyla A with insurance was our specialist for the appointment and she was exceptional with her service. She thoroughly explained and verified the information before completing the transaction. Keyla made us feel valued and not rushed in the process. The branch was clean, organized, and well put together.

This AAA is the best! I went in today to resolve some DMV-related issues. The entire atmosphere was relaxing and stress free. I was in and out in no time, as always. Kiana assisted me with my needs, and she was immensely cordial, courteous, and professional. She was wearing a really pretty bracelet that my Daughter would love, but Kiana conveyed to me that she had purchased it out-of-country. I was kind of sad, but she wrote down the name of a website that sells similarly designed bracelets and other accessories. That personal touch will go a long way with my family and me. The woman who was working reception at that time [around 1 pm (?)] was also very friendly, as she greeted each customer with a smile and a wonderfully upbeat attitude. Membership truly has its privileges here, and i am so glad that i renewed it. Even if you visit and/or require roadside assistance once a year, you will get more than what you paid in value. At the minimum, the peace of mind that membership provides is priceless. At least this particular facility is most certainly DMV's Express Lane. Btw, my Daughter and I are getting matching bracelets...we are going to be "Bracelet Buddies "!
