I used to always get the hot chocolate from here. It was always nice dark and flavorful now it just looks like hot milk and tastes like it too. I let the guy know that it looks different and doesn't taste very good and he said it's always been like that when I know it definitely has not. I won't be coming back to this location even though I live nearby. Wondering if 7-Elevens are like this at this point.

Person before me got denied for some reason but was pissed off and the manager blamed it on them. I thought maybe that guy was a little nutty until my experience. I brought up 3 items and they could not give me the noted discounts on 1 of them and fumbled on the other 2. I ended up losing the $3 discount on the first item because once you trigger it is is only good for 5 minutes. I've used that same coupon at 10 other places with no issues ever. They blamed it on the register and said there was nothing they could do. Weak. Save your time.. go elsewhere.

The people on the counter very rude and will want to over charge everything. They also do false advertisement. They won't tell you that's prices have change. Not going back ever again.

I don't recommend coming here. There's a worker named Richard there that makes it's uncomfortable as hell and frustrating to go in there. It's gotten to the point I can't stand being in there if he's working and it makes me not want to go there at all anymore.
