The cashier there is always friendly she always takes care of you eaven thogh she has 10 things to do . Very respectful her name is conny. Cant say the same about next shift . But other than that i will keep coming here.

Best 7-11 to go to,this store is the cleanest store I have ever seen. The store clerks are very helpful, if you cant find something they will help you find it, Rocky and Love are the clerks I deal with they are friendly the always greet you when you enter the store. If your in the area stop by and say hi.

Make sure you know the car wash works before you put your tire cleaner on because they are bad at letting customers know it's not working. Simply cone it off so I don't waste time and product.

Worst car wash ever. It never went through the dry cycle so I told the guy, he says oh you didn't wait long enough, no I waited. He then says that water is reverse osmosis and will dry clean. Hey dude I was born at night but not last night. Don't waste you $.

The cashier that works in the night that has dreads is rude and disrespectful. I asked him if someone was in line and he replies “ is that a trick question ? “ then he proceeded to tell me I was trippin and that I need to get up out my feelings just for asking him a simple question. I will no longer be spending my money here and will happily go to the gas station across the street or the liquor store. If you aren’t happy working there you shouldn’t be rude to paying customers and need to find a new job. So unprofessional.

Do not go here at night! There is a new worker (a black guy with dreads) and he is worst employee I have ever dealt with. I ask to use the bathroom and he tells me to please just keep it clean, ok cool no problem I got you. I tell him before I go in "when I get out of it, it will be cleaner than before I went in". Man when I was done in exactly 20 seconds I took a few napkins put some soap on them and cleaned the toilet, got new napkins with soap and cleaned the sink and the mirror, and since the trash was overflowing and the napkins I put in it was rolling off, I took the trash out for the man so I could keep my word and came up to the register to ask for a new bag so I could put one in.... This guy had the nerve to actually start getting really upset about it and from the way he was speaking he obviously thought I stole whatever was in the bathroom. Lol so I opened my bag just so he could see and than got disrespected some more. This gos for a lot of places but before they hire people here they need to verify, and this is at the very least; that their employees have in fact graduated from elementary school. I don't know how this guy even found a job, I've been coming here for awhile now and I have never seen him before. They must have sent a representative to the homeless shelter to look for immediate hires with a promise of no background check, no equivalency test, and no proof of any certifications/degrees from school. And if you guys think I'm kidding in any way, just take a trip there at night, remember the description, and whatever you do in there or say (it doesn't matter) this unintelligent pea brain weirdo will try to disrespect you, I promise you. People write reviews all the time that are not true, so if you read mine and think the same, I encourage you to witness this level of unintelligence yourself!

I have nothing but good things to say about this 7/11! They are always friendly, and they even offered to make fresh pizza for me and they were quick and efficient with it! Always pick this out of all 7/11’s in HB.

I love this store that lady that came to work that 6 months ago she sure has come far and always smiling and I hurt you used to be a journalist she could write a really nice story about the history of 7-Eleven I bet!
