Ever since new management/ownership this place has gone downhill. SUPER overpriced (see photo) . The brother and sister that works there are rude af. Their dad does not hold them accountable for their POOR customer service. I had to exchange the food 3 times in the same day before cause every “new” one they gave was either cold or still frozen. The siblings look like they hate their job and their dad forced them to work there. Also they are scammers and the guy steals people’s points and also has a scammer card reader that steals your card info. Also I will be reporting to the health department cause I’m pretty sure they don’t have a food handler license. Thanks for listening to my TED TALK.

WARNING!!!!!! My husband went in here to purchase a coffee. An hour later he started getting notifications that someone was at a different 7 eleven taking money off his card, with his card (how could that be? He had his card on him). It happened so quickly he didn’t realize what was happening and someone cleared out his bank account. This 7 eleven has skimmer devices and we will be reporting you. My conclusion is that several of the 7 eleven are in on it. He has a netspend card he tapped and that was it. The rent is almost due and to top it off we are also having problems with netspend. Now netspend has to do an investigation and they aren’t giving his money back right away. Avoid this 7eleven or use cash if you have to shop here check the machines. Please use cautions

Nice new owner, but the worker Vijay is shady, when ringing me up I noticed that he was tapping a lot on the screen... when I tried to put in my points it didn't let me and I saw that it said Vijay had put his number in and that he had 58,000 points... definitely shady and will be reporting this to 711

I absolutely love this 7-11. Every employee is friendly & efficient & by far this is the cleanest 7-11 around! They are always willing to help with anything & believe me bc of its location this store has their challenges with unruly guests & yet they handle these guests with respect as well. Kudos to the whole team & thanks for ALL you do to make our experience always enjoyable!

Unbelievable service- went there Sunday afternoon (5:00) for cup of coffee and the sales attendant wouldn’t make the 7-11 brand…..he said he wasn’t going to make the coffee because probably wouldn’t sell any. I’ve be going there for several years and ALL of the staff always went out of there way to provide outstanding service. Just can’t believe this guys attitude and I’ll be not going there again.

Convenient for many items that you might need. The pizza is surprisingly good if your able to get a slice that hasn't been sitting out all day long. Some stores are kept up more than others. This store stays pretty busy with customers whenever I stop in. Soda, chips, chicken kabobs, gloves, bandanas, candy, cigarettes, pizza, slurpees, prepackaged food, band aids, and more all in one place.

Nice people inside. Dozens of homeless outside. I feel bad for them I really do it just sucks getting panhandled by 2 or 3 people as you walk in.

love this 7-11 , everyday before work I stop by and get some snacks for my day. best customer service.The employee juan goes out of his way to make sure you leave with what you want. So if you see him you're in good hands.

the worst customer service in all the 7-eleven I've ever been to! the older attendant just started laughing at me because I didn't pronounce the name of a product correctly, in addition to this absurdity, he kept saying what happened to the other customers who were in the store so that they would laugh too

Cannot give 2½ * so 3 Will do.The employees are nice and service is quick..Never stocked, ALWAYS DIRT inside and out, you can walk in onec in a while with someone playing music on a phone with inappropriate language..When 7/11 has special offers this place never has the items in stock for the offers..The point system is not always working, will not get or will take points off or even the free drink. The free drink you can only get a medium size..Lately some of the food items will have expired dates..Need to check the price on the items, scanning a higher price than marked..A few days ago the cold food area was being wiped down and it looked like they cleaned up the floor, yes, that dirty.
