Ashley N did an amazing job singing me up along with my son. I'm grateful for her take charge approach and an attitude of "Let's get it done". Ashley is a big asset to this location and a reason I left Equinox to come back. Thank you Ashley!!! Erik

Pretty good experience so far just joined a few weeks ago, the only issue I see if their water fountains are turned off. They should install those water bottle refill fountains. Those are more sanitary and convenient. Overall it's clean and never super packed. Would recommend.

I just want to say that Liz is one of your most valued employees... to me at least...she is extremely knowledgeable... And goes out of her way to give you extra help when needed ... I have been a 24 hour fitness member for over 20 years but not for the last 5 years because of the employees at other locations but she makes me want to come back and be a 24-hour fitness member...... Please give her a raise or a promotion because she is a kind of employee you need to keep around for a long time...Thanks Liz !!!

Great gym! The people that work out here are a little rude, but the employees are great! Avoid the trainer Samantha at all costs! Toxic individual.

Well guys the new management and team here has definitely change for the better. I left 24hr for crunch during the first round of trying to come back after closing. Reason well the 1 hr limit and appointment making definitely drop the ball there but also because of the operation. 24hr charged me for few month during covid return and we all know they don't return that payment. I tried and they said I should of froze it but I caught covid that the last thing am thinking about. So I left and went to crunch. I have 24hr for years and I decided to try again to see if they would help and they did. Zack was respectful and actually listen to my reasoning and squared me away. Thank you sir to you and your team. I work hard for my money and I expect a service that earns my my money and they did. Bravo!

The gym is nicer and cleaner since the shutdown but unfortunately it is not safe nor ethical for this gym to force people to wear masks while working out. The blond curly haired girl working there even made a joke that you burn more calories that way. The lack of oxygen is dangerous. Something needs to change here asap lest someone be permanently injured, or worse. This is an ongoing problem not a temporary one.

My first time visiting this location and I really loved the personal training area (TRX, Kettlebells...). Once the gyms open back up I will visit again.

I've been a member at this gym for several years and I'm disappointed (but not surprised) on how they are handling being open during COVID. *sometimes* they are stern with their 60 person capacity, and sometimes I'll look around the gym and could easily count more than 60 people. I've left the gym early a couple times because of the capacity. Everyone enters with a face covering here, but I'll look around and no less than a quarter of the people have it only around their neck or not covering their nose. It is the staffs responsibility to enforce the face mask rule. I have witnessed staff circling the gym and telling people to cover mouth AND nose. Today, as a staff member was circling he told a man to cover his nose, the man did not adjust his mask at all and the staff member walked away as if it never happened. I believe if they have to tell you more than once you should be suspended for the day in order to make this policy work. I only see less than half the gym members wiping their equipment down. This should be heavily enforced if this gym would like to stay open. I have not seen staff sanitize anything while they're on the clock. There's definitely enough staff for a couple to be constantly sanitizing throughout the gym. They do not take temperature at the door which I believe they should. Also pretty sure the hand sanitizer they have throughout the gym is heavily watered down. I use it throughout my workout. when I use the one in my car after my workout I can definitely tell mine from CVS is MUCH more potent. At the top of their Yelp page it says the staff wears gloves and checks temp- lies. They don't sanitize finger scan between guests either. This is my gym and seeing it close for a second time would be awful, but we are in a pandemic and I know it's going to happen soon. Make some REAL changes please.

This review is specifically for Sean, one of the personal trainers at this location. I've been really happy with his services. He's really upbeat, encouraging and punctual. He keeps his mask on and constantly reminds everyone around us to do the same. He's always cleaning the equipment too, so I feel like the gym is pretty safe. He pays attention and politely corrects my form when I'm lifting weights so I don't injure myself. Most importantly, I have a lot of fun. We always manage to get some laughs in, as well as a great work out!

Should really go back to scheduled appointments for the gym. No one wants to wait 30 mins to an hour outside of the gym to get in

I am specifically writing this review about the manager Zach Grimes at the Warner Ave location. He helped me out with a touchy situation. He is a highly skilled and effective manager and has things under control. I found him to be a kind, respectful, good listener and able to intervene appropriately and realistically. He represents and manages this 24-hour fitness location well.
