I traded in my iPhone 14 Plus because I was locked in a contract they couldn’t unlock it, I traded in my phone, for the same price I got for the iPhone 11 I was offered 280 for the iPhone and got a even price the iPhone 11 was for $250 and because they also have taxes I got a even exchange the phone is scratched heats up and sometimes the alarm won’t go off I checked on a cricket website and a new iPhone 11 is about 160 I felt that I got scammed. I wouldn’t buy from this company again. The only thing I got it was because I was desperate to get out of a contract your better off getting a new prepaid phone they unlock in 6 months anyway

The owner is a no now nonsense woman who know her stuff. Prices are competitive and repairs are quick. I like her directness and if her manner is off putting, so be it.

My phone had been broken for the first time and I was calling every tech shop near me and wasn't feeling how expensive everything was, then I called 24/7 wireless and they gave me the cheapest price. At first I was skeptical, but I was so wrong I came in and they took my phone and said to give them 30 min. I came back in 20 and my phone was fixed. The front lady was awesome very nice and respectful. If I can give more stars I would. 10/10 would recommend

My phone had a broken screen. Went to 24/7 wireless and they fixed my broken screen now right away. great customer, affordable price, and friendly atmosphere. Definitely I will come back again.

Brianna the shop owner is amazing! Had my phone fixed faster and cheaper than any place I've gone before. Most places you go will at best say your phone will be fixed in 1-2 days. 24-7 wireless had it done in 45 min. Good place for accessories. Very clean shop.

Awful, customer service sucked .the Asian lady said she could unlock my phone. She didn't she ran a program on it to clear but I had told her the phone did not have any information on it. Lies and deception don't waste your money or time going there.it was a rip off for sure.....

I was sold a screen for my iPhone 11 Pro max. Or had scratched on it so it was sold at a reduced price of 70$. A few weeks later my phone stopped working. I brought it back here and was told it was not the screen that was the problem. They attempted to charge me for an iPhone repair. I went to a different phone specialist and was told whoever sold me a screen sold it to me with water damage on it. They told me the shop that sold it to me would have a warranty. 24/7 wireless sold me a screen with water damage and did nothing to resolve the issue. I now am out of my phone for a week and $70 had been taken from me with adequate service. This store scammed into buying this screen saying it was perfectly fine with minor scratches, however, knew their was water damage detected. That is wrong and the were unwilling to do anynting for their fraudulent sale.

This place advertisement states to repair and unlock your cell phone. This is Not true. The cell I gave the woman at this store had been reset by Samsung technician. My request to her was to unlock the swipe code which she said she could do. She didn't do a thing. She told me to take it home and I could do it. I paid her cash for nothing. I left the store thinking she had unlocked the phone. No she hadn't. I took it back to her and she wanted more money of course. She hadn't earned the first payment. This place is a total rip off and untruths. Never go there. The products they sell are over priced, customer service it is just Another money grabber! Never, never ,go there. Break I fix has much better customer service.

These people are amazing ! They just repaired my Google phone & the Boss Lady was Super nice & is a Pro with knowledge about these phones ! Wow! I'm so happy, cause I hate getting a new phone that's got new formats!

There was an Asian woman who was very disrespectful to my 2 year old girl telling her repeatedly to shut up and called me later on telling me to come pick up my nasty a** phone saying she's not gonna fix it
