I just moved here and I was informed I had to go to the post office to get a package. I still don't know why it wasn't delivered to my door. It was a small package that could have for easily in my mailbox. As soon as I came in, one of the two postal employees that I saw (both female) told me to "hold on". I wasn't in a hurry and I know didn't come across as though I was because I'm a very patient woman. When I told them I was to pick up a package, they she asked for my address. I gave her the address and then she asked the other woman by yelling across the office if she knew where the package was at and the woman said that address does not exist and they got into a verbal argument about whether my apartment existed or not and the one lady assured her that my apartment did in fact exist. Then, after taking a few minutes, they began to walk to where I was but before they got all the way to me I could hear them discussing what was in my package because you can feel from the outside what the item was and that was the shippers bad business practice however, I found it highly unprofessional for them to be discussing what was in my package, and I found them to be extremely unprofessional as well by yelling and screaming and getting into a verbal argument in front of a customer. These two ladies either need some stress management/anger management or to find a more suitable job for their personalities. They DO NOT need to be working with the public.

My mailbox was vandalized overnight and now the door won’t close on it. I’ve tried calling local office and they were of no help. What am I supposed to do now? I’ve called everyone I can think of and no help yet. So will they just stick my mail in there and leave it with the door hanging open?

My package was delivered opened and missing a couple items from it. I was devastated about the missing items and went to the post office to see if they had a lost & found. Robyn was very helpful and found my missing items. She was so kind and helpful, she made my day! Thank you Robyn!!!

If I could give this review 0 stars I would. This post office has the most disrespectful and rude employee.I don’t know why clerk 03 hasn’t been fired. I’d rather leave my money at ups or a different mail Carrier then keep dealing with this certain employee.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Employees are rude rude rude! I went in for a stamp but when I asked for a receipt it came with a big eye roll and a question as to why I needed it for 60 cents. She even said that I was making her work hard. One of her coworkers there mentioned that she should ask me to complete the survey for her for making her work “so hard” to what she responded “he wouldn’t do it anyway”. This was an older lady with glasses. According to receipt clerk 03. Hope she reads this!

Among other things, Robin is too old to be acting immature, childish, not being able to work with others, and not being able to take accountability for her actions. It's been multiple times that Robin has thrown away my packages and has not given me a valid reason for it. What she does give me instead is unprovoked attitude, and a tone mocking my questions and concerns. When I went in to ask about my mail Robin called me over and immediately rolled her eyes and fixed her dentures to say "How many times do I have to tell you, I don't have your mail. If you don't like the way things work here, go back to where you came from" I was appalled and astounded at how the manager did not react to hearing that? Is this something normal that she always does? At her BIG age does management not educate or train her anymore? Robin also makes up so many lies for the reason she had to throw away my packages. Why throw them away when you can have it sent back to the sender?? Is there any management in this establishment? If so what is management doing to fix this issue because it seems like Robin has been the topic of conversation for a while on here. Do better, Patty!

This place deserves 0 stars as long as they continue to enable such unprofessional behavior. Robyn the short white women that is a clerk here is so unprofessional and racist it's infuriating. She decided to tell my elderly mother to "speak English, i don't understand Spanish gibberish" when all she was asking for was mailing stamps, including pointing at what she needed. Disgusting behavior. Robyn was confronted about her behavior and ever since then she has been retaliating by "disposing" our packages and excusing her retaliation by stating there was no delivery address. I asked her if she would show me the info of the package that she had on the screen, to get clarification if this was a mistake from the sender, she refused. I asked her how it arrived in HUGHSON if there was no delivery address and if it's policy to dispose of packages instead of sending them back to the sender? she responded in such a confrontational and aggressive manner that it was clear she had no intention of having a any professionalism or concern for the solution on the "disposed package" that she said had thrown away herself. After this behavior i asked her to speak to a manager and I was going to need her name, She then decided to put her hand in my face and said good luck and she would not be giving me her name while walking away laughing. I asked the clerk that was working with her and she notified me her name was Robyn and the managers name is patty. Since this is not the first incident, I Decided to call corporate and make a claim, once they looked up the tracking number they notified me that Robyn was lying and it showed on their end everything was correct and should have been delivered since the 19th of October, it is now October 24th. They are now doing an investigation due to this negligence and racist behavior, i expect that they hold her accountable and is removed from our community.

If I could I would rate it a zero, thanks to the woman that is most of the time in front being so rude and unprofessional. Always with a bad attitude. Zero customer service skills. Her name is Robin always talking in a very annoyed tone and irritated. If you don't like your Job search for one that you will enjoy, I don't believe this is a fit for you, you definitely Lack every part of the job, Customers should be treated with respect & courteous manner, received with a smile & friendly service. You definitely make people not want to come back . This lady just basically wants to give people a hard time & for what honestly. Please replace this lady with a worthy one. Someone that actually likes helping people & loves the job duties that comes with the position.

The woman at the front was so rude. I had to come to Yelp to see if others had the same experience. Numerous other reviews confirmed she consistently behaves this way. It's actually laughable how unprofessional she is so if you want a good laugh or a good prank visit or call the hughson post office

I went to drop off a prepaid box and a very rude lady with short brown hair told me that was not possible. I finally convinced her to at least try and scan the label. The scan was successful and she said oh no one has ever done this before. She continued to be very rude. I will take my business somewhere else. And, I know that the loss of business for her will not matter.

[the 1 star is because I can’t leave 0 stars] My family has had a PO Box here for nearly 30 years (same P.O. Box number the entire time). Last year I was sent a package from Australia (not a cheap postage fee, and especially not cheap when it has to be sent twice) from my mother in law. The package made it all the way to Hughson and then was sent back to Australia due to the inconsiderate employees here who didn’t realize that she had accidentally put 1 wrong number on the PO Box, even though they always recognize my family’s name without even being told the PO Box number. I also just went into the post office to pick up a package that I received an email stating it was delivered to a lock box. Checked my PO for the key- nothing. Asked the tall, plump woman at the front desk about it, she didn’t say a word to me, turned around and walked to the back for about two seconds, came back and said there was nothing there. This place has the worst customer service, the staff are rude 98% of the time and they give the impression that by being a customer there it is an inconvenience to their day. And now I have the pleasure of taking another trip to my friendly neighborhood USPS again to collect my package. I highly recommend taking the longer drive to Ceres where the staff are way more helpful and friendly :)
