“The selection of furniture they have is bar none. Quality made furniture for reasonable prices. They offer customizable pieces as well. I purchased a sectional from them 3 years ago and it still looks and feels new. I wish they would ship world wide so I could continue shopping with them. Customer service is great but the delivery drivers need a little work. They tend to not realize who they're talking to and who they represent. But that's just my 2 cents.”

“We recently purchased two IMG chairs from Stuart David. These chairs are our second set of the same chairs.... We sold the first set prior to moving out of state... BIG MISTAKE! We loved these chairs...We received the new set of chairs and love them!After receiving these chairs, a couple months later we noticed a small separation in a seam on the fabric.We provided pics to Stuart David and they immediately responded and have set up a home repair to take care of the issue.We have dealt with Stuart David several times in the past and they are by far the best furniture store within a hundred miles! (probably a lot more!) Great customer service and the quality of product they sell is top notch! Much of the furniture is built on their premises. NOT IMPORTED FRIM CHINA!!! Super high quality!!Definitely look at Stuart David for your home furniture and decorating needs. Super friendly staff and their customer service is awesome!!! Compare that to places like Ashley...”

“After searching for furniture all weekend we ended up here by luck. We told Ken exactly what we we wanted and color we were looking into. To our surprise they had the perfect dining set in the show room. We got a great price with delivery included for $50. Ken also gave us a quote for another table. We were looking at another furniture spot for significantly less than what we were originally going to pay. I ended up choosing their dining set that fit perfect with my decor at home. They have financing available as well if it's needed I ask Ken for other furniture pieces to match my dining set and he went to work and found a few pieces. I am very pleased with Ken's exceptional customer service, and will recommend my family and friends there for affordable furniture pieces.”

Sleep haven owner on Mchenry and Roseburg tried to charge me $1,059 for futon frame and futon, but Tony from furniture and more only charge me $450. Tony went out his way to charge me $180 for futon frame, $230 for the high quality futon and after tax was $450. I save $600 for buying my futon frame and futon at furniture and more. Tony and Ken are very nice and helpful coming from me who has shopped at their furniture and more store more than 3 years already.Sinay”

But to our surprise, the associate 'Logan' was so patient with the long process of gathering all the coins. As a few customers would line up and put a bit of pressure on us he would reassure us not to worry and that it was not a bother. We've encountered very impatient, rude people at other retail stores when using piggy bank money in the past. He was very empathetic, thoughtful, and had great suggestions about other electronics. Such a calm aura and a personality that was very nice to be around. Kindness goes a long ways. Thanks again Logan!”

Again today JS West proved why we chose JS West 25 years ago, SERVICE!, professionalism, quality, knowledgable, experience, honesty, pricing, response time, and friendly (both in office staff and field technicians). We are very pleased with JS West for our propane service. And the monthly installment plan is wonderful! Our neighbors use other service companies and are considering switching to JS West after hearing about how good the service and pricing is with JS West Propane, but the other companies require contracts, so it is difficult to change. Not with JS West, no contract.”
