Great experience with their customer service. I messed something up, and they fixed it without any fuss. In terms of taste, the dried fruit box was a gift ordered online so I didn't get to try it, but I was told it was good.

My first order with BV. The package arrived well within expected timeframe, the packaging was thoughtful, and the products are superb! Both walnuts and almonds tasted great, and loved all the dried fruits. Will order more in the future. Cannot wait to try more varieties.
