I had called 2 days ago and requested statements from closed accounts. today, I arrived at 4:45 pm with my family, who were warmly welcomed. before 5:00 pm, I left with 25 pages of statements, and Laura, head banker, even had a dispute form ready to be signed when I arrived!”

“Ethel was amazing! I've had chase bank for multiple years now, and I've never been so pleased .I went to make a claim on my account due to fraud and as we all know that's not a pleasant thing. Before I went to the branch, I called to make a claim over the phone a day before, and they took care of it, but I got charged again so I decided to go into the branch this time and I am so glad I did. Ethel explained everything in detail and help me create a new account within seconds . She literally went above and beyond for me. “This has been my bank for several years, and valley first was my very first bank. I have a couple of family members who also use valley first, and we all trust this place. This particular location is quick to help and the workers are always nice. On the busier times, the staff who don't typically handle customers seem to come out and help to minimize wait time.”
“I had really great service from Esther. Signed up and they had many different options,great followup and professional service. I like the branch.Negatives 1-closed on Saturday(not even short hours, like a 9am -12pm. Valley First is open 9am- 1pm on Saturdays.2nd- they do not have same day ATM cards to be made for customers, Valley First does.The debit cards take 7-14 days to get to a new customer.The technology is there, they just need to step up to the new technology.I would advise to grab some extra cash in case until card comes in.”

Due to my relationship with Denny Silva in BNI, we chose US Bank. They have branches in convenient areas where we live and work. Cindy Coffey assisted us in opening a business, personal, savings and custodian account. They have multiple account options and because my husband is a veteran, we received additional free services. “Love every aspect of this bank except one branch on Orangeburg Avenue and Oakdale Road in regards to the branch manager her responses were scripted and obtuse and she refused to acknowledge any new information and was being repetitive to shut down the conversation which was very petty and disrespectful for someone in charge of something so important as a Bank.”
