Went to the Hughson branch today to make a dep for my mom. I went to the drive thru. I sat there for over 10 minutes while employees walked by and helped people inside. I was sitting there watching people come in and be helped before me. No apology for the long wait.

Love every aspect of this bank except one branch on Orangeburg Avenue and Oakdale Road in regards to the branch manager her responses were scripted and obtuse and she refused to acknowledge any new information and was being repetitive to shut down the conversation which was very petty and disrespectful for someone in charge of something so important as a Bank.

Very disappointed. You close the bank for covid for 3 months only leaving the drive thru open... Takes half hour to get thru. Now you open the bank inside when the county has the highest number of covid cases? So I go through the drive thru to deposit cash and I can't because it was to much money...what the hell. Was ok two weeks ago to do this. Now have to stand in line 1 teller helping while two stand their doing what ever they are doing.. not helping customers.. done with this.... D o your job get it right .

I love this bank! Everyone is super nice and some of the tellers even remember my name. Always have been helped efficiently and quickly! Their work is much appreciated.

Best BofW location around this area! This location is better than the Turlock or Ceres BofW branches. If you're nearby, don't hesitate to try this location out, they offer good customer service and easy parking!

Closed on Sat s but only 1 atm outside....this is a small town but it's the only bank and there is a line down the sidewalk for the atm.... glad I m a Wells Fargo custome but too bad I needed cash.
