Sounds like they need my wife and I to come revamp the place up. She's cleans alot and good at it. I'm a cook and a mechanic with landscaping exp as well. I could definitely make some great togo food for this this. Just need a small kitchen. 🤔 All I need is a place to put my 30 ft rv.

I've done 10s here when I needed to, people are always nice, I buy what I can to support them. No fresh cooking but plenty of packaged food choices and a clean microwave.
