We had a very tasty sandwich, great servers, friendly staff. Inside dining wasn’t an option for this hot day, but there was an awesome breeze that kept it pleasant. Homemade desserts too. Will definitely come back maybe to have wine and dessert !

Please Note: Sip Mendocino is now owned and operated by the same folks as the restaurant down the block, The Golden Pig, and goes by the same name. We walked in on Easter not sure what to expect- but stoked they were open - and it turned into a great experience. We got multiple tastings and ended up leaving with a few bottles. Tastings are cheaper than nearby wineries and the wine tender was awesome! She was friendly and knowledgeable and let us revisit wines. There's mini Hershey chocolates to snack on during the tasting and self serve water. You can also sit outside in the back to enjoy a glass and even order food from the restaurant. Solid quaint Hopland spot. Easy parking. Check it out!

My husband and I just stopped here to buy a couple bottles of local wine. Kennedy was super informative and so nice! We also got to meet her Dad (the owner) and you couldn't ask for nicer people! Can't recommend this wine shop enough. Will definitely have to come back!

Hubby and I took a spur of the moment ride up to Hopland for a little adventure. We had been to Sip several years ago and had a great time our first visit. So we decided to stop in again to see if our previous great experience would be continued.No worries - the gal helping us taste their wine selections of the day was courteous, kind and knowledgeable about the local wines. We found ourselves tasting wines we had never heard of before, and ended up buying 6 bottles to take home! Hopland is such a sleepy place and I understand there are a few good restaurants there as well. If you are on your way to Ukiah or Mendocino, do yourself a favor and stop in at SIP Wine Tasting Room. You will be glad you did!

My wife ended up buying several bottles of wine, the employee was very nice and let me my wife sample some options. They also had a nice looking backyard space if you have time to chill for a glass.
