Large, clean and elegant facility. I attended a memorial service there. Easy to find and I believe that parking attendants are available for parking your car. Very nice facility for large activities or events.

My husband and I just had our dream wedding at the Willow on 4/13/24, and it was truly amazing. We had the best vendors and that all started with Angelica and her references and guidance in who to hire to make our night the best it could be. She also responds in record time to any inquiries! Angelica is extremely versed in the industry and knows exactly how to run a venue the way it needs to be run, we had literally no issues on our day in regard to the venue, or any day before that.
Two different stories of how Angelica handled issues without stress and really cares about the couples and making sure their day goes as planned. First story is from early on in our planning: my husband and I were deciding between two dates. Angelica sent us both contracts so that we could send in the one we wanted when we decided. We accidentally sent in the wrong one and didn't notice for two weeks, after we'd already booked vendors for the other day....We of course freaked out because we were out of town and couldn't immediately fix the problem other than sending a frantic email, and thank god Angelica was completely calm and told us it was no problem, we have the date we want and it'll all be fine. We took care of the issue when we were back in town without stress knowing she was in our corner and said it would be fine and she wouldn't give away our date.
Next story was our actual wedding day: it poured rain all day. We'd booked an indoor wedding for this reason, as all Sacramento people know the spring is totally unpredictable! However, our picture plans at the gorgeous estate were ruined. Angelica let us and our bridal party and both our families come hours early to take all of our photos indoor in the venue while all the vendors were setting up, despite our contract saying we couldn't arrive until a certain time. She also offered to let us take photos at the estate in the coming weeks if we wanted to. I will be eternally grateful to her for her kindness on our wedding day when it came to these indoor pictures, as they turned out amazing (from the sneak peeks we have back so far!) and the weather was the one thing that could go wrong that I couldn't control and she made it as painless as possible.
We loved her and Willow, my parents loved her and Willow, my husband's family loved her and Willow, we've been told one million times over how amazing our venue and wedding day were by guests. Complimentary valet and the ability to bring in your own alcohol (so huge!) are just a few perks at this venue. Angelica also has a ton of furniture pieces that you can use, as well as the gorgeous black and white dance floor that we rented. You can have exactly what you want at Willow, it is a true, giant blank slate, and you won't regret booking here!

OMG I can't believe I haven't written a review yet!!
Where do I start? Everything from the planners, staff, couple, timeline, etc... was PERFECT. As a wedding photographer 9/10 we're helping with majority of the planning and executing. We worked with @goodstockca wedding planning, they made everything seamless. This venue?? Amazing. It is so gorgeous: from the getting read, ceremony and reception area. A 10/10. I was so blessed to be able to witness such a team and a beautiful matrimony.

We absolutely LOVE working at The Willow Ballroom & Event Center! It's truly the space that allows your creativity to flow and visions come to life. A beautiful blank canvas for all types of events!Working with Angelica, the owner, is a pleasure every single time! Her kindness, responsiveness, and easygoing approach makes our part, as an event rental company, seamless and effortless. Can't recommend them enough!??

Neighbors daughter got married there just a beautiful setting big pillars inside. It was 108 in Elk Grove that day but 104 being next to the river about 250 people attended AC kept up fine no problem.

What an absolutely incredible venue! Our daughter was married there on June 17th and the entire day was perfect! The staff and the vendors we used were all exceptional, professional, and provided for a seamless, magnificent and touching day. Thank you to Angelica at the Willow Ballroom!

This is the dreamiest venue and everything about having our wedding here was perfect! Angelica is the most professional, organized coordinator and made everything so easy. All of the vendors worked with us wonderfully, and the venue is absolutely stunning on its own. It had a perfect amount of space and versatility for everything we could have wanted. We have gotten so many compliments on our wedding! Could not recommend the ballroom enough!

Look no further! Angelica and her team were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end and I loved working with the Willow Ballroom while planning our wedding (April 2023 - 170 guests). Our wedding day was absolutely perfect all in large part of the professionalism and stellar service from the Willow Ballroom and their preferred vendors. They made wedding planning so much easier and all our guests fell in love with the venue - it's so gorgeous! Thank you so much to Angelica for making us feel so welcome and being so available for us with any question we had and making us feel like family. Where do I even begin. This venue took my breath away even in it's unmade state. The exposed concrete pillars, brick and metal pipes provide a lovely juxtaposition to the beautiful and whimsically mismatched chandeliers and other vintage furniture pieces. All these things are only made better by working with the amazing owner. As I mentioned to her "the success of your business is a true testament to your expertise, passion and knowledge". She is AMAZING. Now, everything is a la carte, so you can choose almost all your own vendors or choose from a pool of vetted vendors. I liked this aspect because then you can be confident that your event will be handled by trustworthy, cooperative professionals while still having enough autonomy to put your own personal flair on the occasion! Do yourself a favor and have your wedding here or convince your friends/family to do so, that way you can be a witness to the perfection.

The absolute PERFECT venue (for any occasion)! We got married here in January and we didn't want to worry about any weather conditions, so indoors was our most important item on our list of criteria. When looking around at indoor venues, most places held a much smaller guest capacity or weren't that pretty...the Willow was the BEST option!! It's beautiful, can hold a large number of people, and was in a great location! We ended up having great weather and did location shots around the back by the river and it was STUNNING! I will always highly recommend this venue to everyone!!
