This storage location offered a military discount on top of great service. I recommend you call and confirm that the online prices are still good. I was considering other locations until I confirmed their prices here and found them to be way more reasonable!

Local staff is great, but due to a technical issue there were some serious issues when move-in day arrived. The issues did need to be escalated, which took a minute, but a satisfactory and respectful explanation of what went wrong and how the issue will be avoided in the future was provided. Although I would obviously prefer every transaction to be seamless, there is a lot to be said about a company willing to take the steps necessary to ensure a great customer experience. I have only been a customer for a few days now, but so far so good. I will loop back here in a year to share my experience. In the meantime, I will bump up the review to a 4-star because of the management response.
