This review is meant for anyone having doubts about sending their animals here for the first time. To us our animals are family and I was concerned about sending them to a pet hotel but a emergency made me consider it and the reviews convinced me it would be ok. My only regret is not doing it sooner, we had two large rescue dogs. They came back to us happy and smelling amazing. From the minute you walk in you can tell everyone who works here is an animal lover. We were able to observe our dogs without them knowing and you could see how much fun they were having. Our older dog loved it so much she got sad when we only went for a walk instead of going back. If you are on the fence about sending your animal here believe me when I say you can trust this place!

We have placed our two Maltese and one Chihuahua at Homeland Pet Hotel and we're very happy with their care. They will be our new boarding facility when we need to leave "our girls".

Very affordable. Had my dogs here for 7 nights and they did just fine, and my dogs can get a bit rowdy sometimes. Picked them and they were in good health. I'll keep making the driving here from Murrieta for my future dog boarding.

Very pleased with this place. I have three dogs and Homeland Pet Hotel took good care of them each time I boarded them. One of my dogs is 13 years old and on arthritis medication. They gave it to him as prescribed by hand despite his reluctance. None of my puppies acted as if the visits traumatized them. Other boarding experiences elsewhere did not go well for my doggies. On another note, this facility was the only one in the area willing to accept a dog over 10 years of age. The other kennels expressed concern about a dog dying in their care and being blamed for it. Despite this unpleasant topic, the owner of Homeland Pet Hotel discussed the possibility. I appreciated him being forthright with me and unafraid to care for my dogs.

We just boarded our two Maltese and one Chihuahua at Homeland Pet Hotel. They were there 4 nights and 5 days. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, professionalism, and manner in which they cared for our babies.Six months ago we boarded our dogs at a very well known boarding facility in Murrieta and were horrified when we picked up our dogs.I am so glad we tried Homeland Pet Hotel. We will always board our girls here from now on. I called each day and they gave updates and even sent pictures.We are very happy with the entire experience!!!!

It is a very nice facility. There was plenty of outdoor space for the animals. They took excellent care of my dog during my trip to the east coast.Prices are reasonable. I will use them again if I need to board my dog.

The owner of this facility gave my wife and I a tour. He showed us the indoor kennels and the outdoor dog runs were the dogs get to exercise. Everything was clean and well kept. The owner is friendly and answered all of my questions. My dog has a new pet hotel to stay when needed.

I can’t thank the folks at Homeland Pet Hotel enough for their kindness and service. This is the best place for my three dogs to stay. They love the large outdoor area and privacy away from busy areas so they don’t stress. It’s their home away from home.

When it comes to your furry family members you want the very best care possible. You need a service that you can trust to deliver especially when it comes to your family. I don't write reviews often but thought it was important to write this one because of my passion for animals and their quality of life. With that said, anyone needing the service of exceptional care for their furry family member...this is the place to go. I know because I am not a client, but I was a staff member. I can tell you firsthand that the safety and care at the Homeland Pet Hotel is exceptional. Whether you have a special needs pet, big, small, old, or young that animal is given the five-star treatment. A clean sanitary environment, exercised twice a day, special instructions followed to the letter, and a staff that are extremely experienced and Lori, the owner requires nothing less than sincere dedicated hard working people to represent their business. After all this is a hotel and your pets should have a pleasant stay when away from their home.

I have 4 Belgium Malinois ??I used this kennel for a trip to Portugal ??my dogs ? stayed 12 nightspicked them up healthyI dropped off chew bones and dog ? toys I am not sure they were given to them

I have been taking my dogs here for a year and am very happy with their services. The facility is very clean and staff is friendly. My dogs always run towards the door when being boarded with excitement which gives me much comfort when leaving them. The groomer is excellent as well.
