“Honestly, I’m sooo happy with the work from One Stop Auto. My car looks so much better than what I expected. “When I walked into Smart Prep I was frustrated with my insurance company and stressed out because other body shops told me I’d be without my car for 4 weeks or more. Joe said “Car accidents are stressful enough. Getting your car fixed shouldn’t be.” They made good on that promise. They dealt with the insurance company, and let me keep my car while the parts were on order (which is pretty much on heard of.). Because of that, the actual time my car was in the shop was less than a week, and it looks great. I couldn’t be happier.”

Gerry, the service writer did not disappoint.
He was very informative about what was going on with the situation and was open and honest about what could happen, and what was to be expected.
I haven't decided what I'm gonna do yet Moving forward. Obviously, if I decide to get the car fixed. It's gonna be with them, but if anything like this happens again. I know exactly where I'm coming back.

“Years ago I had an issue with one of their alternators that I purchased and they made things right. They definitely went the extra mile to make sure the unit was working as it should be. I haven't had any issues since then and I plan to install one of these alternators for every build I have. I highly recommend trying them out. Solid alternator worth every penny.”
“I had my car in the shop due to an accident I was involved in weeks prior. It was during this time my car was in the shop I was proved a car rental. I had a car rental, maybe a couple of days when I realized someone had keyed the side of it. I was so shocked, distraught, and had a sense of disbelief all at the same time. I prayed, hoping I could just polish the scratches restoring it without any further expense. However, that wasn't the case and now I'm wondering how I was going to be able to reverse the damage! A neighbor told me about Johnny's Auto Color & Body Works. I arrived at the shop first thing in the morning and spoke to Johnny. He, not only validated my concerns, but provided much needed options to repair the scratches. His expertise gave me a great sense of relief. He gave me the best price I could ever imagine and stated he could complete within the next day. After all, I was driving a rental and I was pressed for time. Upon returning to the shop I was so impressed by the restoration of the rental car! I expressed my gratitude over and over again! I gave him a hug too! “My car was hit from behind in the rear by a hit and run driver my insurance company recommended auto collision center. The staff was always friendly and nice. I am very picky about my car and I am happy to say that auto collision center did an excellent repair above and beyond what I was expecting. My car looks brand new again. They even repaired my phone plug in's that had fallen out in the back seat. And I am thankful and grateful for them. The only thing that I have negative to say is that parts took a really long time to get but if you have the patience to wait for a job well done it's well worth it!!!!”
