Good selection of products, unfortunately starting with the Store manager she is rude, unproffesional and moda, she also doesn’t take positive feedback well! And when the head of the location is that way is going to be ferlected on the employees, no one greets you at the door. I always want to pay with apple pay and god is a nightmare because apparently not all their registers work with Apple pay and if you dare to pay with apple pay they literally tell you NO we don’t take that! Really??? So i dont know why their DM Douglas that he also clearly don’t know what customer service and how it works because when you in multiple occasions request the DM to call you either Don’t tell him whats going on or he pretends that they didn’t. But again if you are just looking to buy products on your own its a great place I wish they had self registers that way you don’t have to deal with such a rude people

Employees are helpful and curtious. Store prices a reasonable and I don't have to drive to Wal-Mart very convenient.Thank you Family Dollar Store I save money in their store and save fuel too.

A typical Family Dollar store, stock is stressed due to volume of sales, but good selection for a convenience store. Employees are polite and willing to help.

It's a nice store, friendly staff, plus I find many items I need, and you can save a trip to other towns. Especially the way things are now, prices going up on just about everything, gas, food, etc. So shop local and save.

On february 7th i went to the location in holtville ca, to buy dog food and a pack of cigarets, the store manager rang me and I was missing .50cents in my car to pay for the transaction so i ask her to wait for me i will bring the .50 cents from my car. I also ask her that please dont ring the next client because is not the first time in this location do this; that i dont get my money back until weeks later. (mistake 1) So i came back and she was ringing another client, i ask id i can just leave the .50 cents on the counter and she told me No that i need to wait to ring me back again(mistake 2) she never tried or find a solution, she made me wait and she call help desk because she didn't know what to do. She ring me again even when i told her that they took the money already and my card was declined because she did charge the 28.05 and aborted the transaction for .50(she thought she did it for the whole transaction) even when i show her opposite, her attitude was very unprofessional and poor and lack of empathy and customer service and even defensive when i ask corporate number she call help desk and they told her that money was Going back to my card in 24hrs but again she didnt explain them was the she aborted the .50 transaction not tbe 28.05 is feb 10th and my return is not in my card. So pretty muy they steal my money. I walked out of the location with out the products this is unnaceptable comig from a store manager. Im also a GM and i do anything from my clients. IT WAS .50 cents i reported to corporate but they never call you o email back honestly they play busy and stupid. More than what companies do interviews, test, and other stupid hiring processes they should pit their employees to deal with real situations. Honestly corporations hiring is like going to school; they teach all this crap that you never ever gonna do. Bad for family dollar in their full customer service cycle, and also their DM DOUGLAS. Family Dollar look you should check on the job of your DMs to see what they do and who hire! AND PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK THIFT

Bad customer service this is the only place in Holtville where one of the cashiers is always talking bad about coworkers and personal life out loud. This one cashier is who makes the store look bad. Always chatting and hiding on isles when there is a big line. I'm surprised this young lady still works there. Other lady's have better customer service.
