The manager is a despot and rude to his employees and clients, he removed an employee by snapping his fingers while the employee was serving clients and did not even serve them badly, just because it took a while because the client asked for a list of things, he left my purchases and I left with the customer, I didn't want that same treatment last time I went to that branch

Great staff, very friendly, and definitely a Holtville vibe . My tasks have never been complex. My auto issues I’ve dealt with personally are below medium difficulty. As for their knowledge and experience, I cannot comment, although it seems when I go, every interaction is straight and too the point, and customers are at least content!

A nice store with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They actually take the time to help you get everything you need. If they don't have it, they will look into finding it, and getting ordered. By far better than the other auto parts store down the road.
