The branch building itself is nice, fairly clean for being in the middle of Hollywood, however, the Customer Service at this Branch was worst I have ever experienced from a Wells Fargo Branch. I was directed in the branch to call the customer service line. I waited on the phone for 20 minutes in the branch. In calling the customer service line, they directed me to go to a branch to solve the problem. I explained how I was physically at a branch and had been directed to call them and the customer service line was actually very surprised by this. The result was I could handle my problem over the phone by waiting 3 business days or go to the branch. After this, I asked to talk to the Manager. The guy I spoke to told me the Manager had his door closed and was unavailable. I could see the manager at his desk and he refused to check with the manager and directed me to wait. In the end, I left and called to get my problem resolved over the phone and not in a Branch so I can then go back to a branch to buy a check. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for the last 13+ years, this is bizarre.

Am trying to help my handicap mom with my dad's end of life stuff.this is my fifth time here second appt today and they are 30 minutes late for my appt and what should have all been handled in one maybe two appts were not. On top of that my mom wrote a check to her probate lawyer and they tagged it as fraud due to signature. They did not send a letter or email they called my dead dad's phone after we gave them the death certificate. Then I asked about an odd transaction on her statement as to where it was and they told me they couldn't help with that. The manager is a joke and so is this branch

Honestly, Wells Fargo has sucked since the late 1980s and early 90s. We were starting a business, and they refused to give my husband and I a Business Checking Account because I had previously had bad credit. I wasn't asking for credit, I wanted to open a business checking to collect money from sales and to pay the bills with checks. If I didn't have the money in the account, they didn't have to honor the checks. I had been a Wells Fargo customer for several years at that point. I told the bank rep that if they didn't give us the business checking account, I would close down our accounts and take my business elsewhere. The smartass said, "Well, that's a nice little bargaining chip, but it's not going to get you anywhere." I found another bank and came back to close down all my accounts. I will never use them again for anything. The snarky manager referenced in several reviews is no doubt the exact same rep having been promoted to bank manager because of time served at the branch. How unfortunate for those stuck dealing with him.

Horrible horrible. Not only does he have bad reviews on yelp why isn’t this location be looked at for all these reports saying how unprofessional and not treating customers right. Please hire new management or close this area down

My name is Roberta Pina, i opened a checking and a savings acou t over a eeek ago at a different branch once I returned from my vacation!. I chose not to get a debit card because I don’t want to spend the money, while I’m waiting for my luggage!, I had been visiting this branch every day to withdraw my cash!, and this branch profiled me!, I believe that the teller either put notes of me in the system or red flagged me because I withdraw my cash everyday from this branch!.. I called customer service and asked if there was a problem with me withdrawing my hard earned money everyday from the bank and they said no!!. I believe The teller peofilled me and alerted the manager !.. I’m no criminal, I’m an honest individual stop making assumptions and profiling people !!!!

came in today and despite a minor technical issue with the atm machine that was resolved by an expert lady, the teller at the window i visited was not at all qualified as a customer service rep. he was to the far left, a gentleman with a black shirt. i literally had to command his attention and didnt even try to make contact without me asserting myself. hope he gets better but man, get over yourself. know who pays you.

Can I just say that Wells Fargo as a Bank is probably the worst thing possible. Not only do they flagged everything as fraud but their customer service is absolutely awful
