Daryl was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took extra time to find exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that the store is short-staffed and Daryl was trying to help so many people. He did a great job!

I have a very bad experience with this store . I went in to pay My phone bill in cash ( I’ve been Verizon for the past 23 years by the way ) last Saturday February 17, 2024 .Only to find out that the payment was never posted & Verizon financial department has been texting me now that My account is overdue . I had to make another payment arrangement to keep my account . In the meantime I was told that I have to go back to the store to get my money back . We are on storm track warning this next three days What a terrible inconvenience for someone like me who does not even drive

Save money do not get juked with the $150 bundle of accessories telling you its free.Customer service is bad Jay not an honest individual ? rude, liar,and arrogant.Decided to return a phone and watch ended up paying $50 restocking+$50 restocking+64.99tempered glass+29.99lens +54.99phone case not refundable gor a total off 300+ when I didn't want the phone not including activation store fee ?.

Darryl was awesome! No one could figure out how to transfer my number without having the device in hand and he came up with creative solutions that got the job done after speaking to 17 representatives over the phone who kept giving me the run around. Very personable despite my frustration and a pleasure to work with.

I had an excellent experience, getting a new phone, and Jay was extremely knowledgeable and dealt with a very complex switchover and handled it very effectively and courteously. He very much made our experience so much smoother than it could have gone. My compliments to Verizon, and especially to Jay. Loving my new phone!

I honestly cannot ask Daryl for anything more. He exceeded my expectations in every sense of the word. He was patient, he was kind, he listened to my needs, he was very knowledgeable about the products and services that Verizon has to offer, he put together a plan that suited my usage and data needs, and made recommendations wherever possible to make these adjustments all the while taking care to make sure that I was not paying for anything that I didn’t need and I wouldn’t come up short later on down the line. It was his integrity that stood out to me the most. In this day and age of high-pressure sales tactics it was a refreshing experience to come across someone whose only interest wasn’t making the highest dollar value sale possible and actually listen to the person that was standing or sitting in front of them. I will always remember him and ask for him by name whenever I go back to that store .

It’s a 3rd party location. People working in there are not helpful. They are overcharging for services as well.It took me two trips to here and one trip to the corporate store on La Cienega to get a simple prepaid card. And I had to listen to personal stories of one employee for half an hour.I paid $50 more than I should have to get a terrible customer service.

I went into this store to ask about new phones and plans and Jay was completely unhelpful in both of those asks. I’ve been a Verizon customer for 18 years and have done business at this store several times but will not be returning.

I just got the new iPhone15 there today. Darryl was very patient, pleasant, and clear with me explaining all the options! Wendy was very helpful too! And the process was very efficient, as they were fully staffed and there were not many customers there at the time.

Please save yourselves and DO NOT go to the Verizon store on Vine. THIS STORE IS THE SEVENTH CIRCLE OF HELL.My brother knew exactly what type of phone he wanted. Because we hadn’t been to this location and other Verizon stores have closed, he decided to call to make sure they were indeed open. What ensued was the first sign that something was very very wrong. First, he was put on hold for a freakishly long time. When someone finally answered, they refused to tell him anything before interrogating him and trying to sell him something.The experience in the store itself surpassed every horrible experience I have ever had in a retail environment. The salesperson was extremely aggressive and rude. He tried to make us finance the phone even though we told him MULTIPLE times we wanted to pay for the whole thing at once. He then had the audacity to ask us WHY we wanted to pay for it all at once. What in heaven’s name is the right answer to that question? Because we CAN pay for it?After spending an inordinate amount of time literally begging him to let us pay for the phone all at once, we were finally told that WE CANNOT PAY FOR THE WHOLE THING AT ONCE. Once we surrendered to this bizarre fact, we opted to buy MOST of the phone. (The only saving grace of this store was the other salesman in the store who was extremely professional.)The phone itself was approximately $690, which meant the total should have been around $760. We were quite shocked when the bully salesman very casually told us the grand total was nearly $1100. It turns out that the things he told us ‘came with the phone’ were actually part of an outrageously priced bundle of things we didn’t want or need. We told him we didn’t need anything but the phone. He actually refused to give let us buy just the phone. He kept coming back multiple times INSISTING we needed x, y or z. It was insane. I calmly but firmly told him that when a customer asks multiple times that they don’t want something, that he should back off. He did not even have the decency to acknowledge my comment.Finally, we were able to pay for the phone using a credit card machine that was excruciatingly slow and seemingly malfunctioning. We thought we were home free. Of course, we weren’t. The bully then asked us if we wanted a charger for the phone we just purchased. This guy tried to trick us into buying $350 of stuff for a $690 phone but did not tell us that the phone did not come with a charger! Truly incredible.

Brandon was amazing he was so calm and patient while being extremely helpful. I don’t know why he isn’t a manager because he was definitely one of the best employees I’ve ever come across as Verizon customer the past decade. Thank you so much Brandon, this is a Verizon store I will be going back to.

DARRYL, hands down is the best sales person I’ve ever deal with my entire life. He made our transition super convenience and fast. However, DO NOT waste your time dealing with Jay. Jay has absolutely no knowledge about his job and his rude and unprofessional.Thank you Darryl for all you did for us!??Verizon should definitely send Jay back to training!

This is the best experience I’ve ever had with a phone service provider. I was in a very bad and difficult situation regarding my phone and switching service providers but Jay and darryl did everything they could to fix my situation and they were successfull. Jay basically helped me for 2 days to resolve my issue and for that I’m grateful. Glad to have version as my new service provider! 10/10 recommend coming to this location
