Rochelle is the absolute best! I come here to ask her for opinion on all my skincare, waxing, makeup needs. She has also done my makeup on my special occasions. Just make sure you come in already noting your concerns / needs and she is very accommodating. Just need to come in to try and Hydrafacial with her .

Wow!!! She should no longer be a manager OR an employee for that matter anymore!!! I'm sure Sephora doesn't want negative publicity like that!!! They will lose customers to ULTA, etc.

The cashier was rude. Accused me of leaving a trash on the counter when it was not mine. On top of that she Did not say thank you to me and didn’t know there was a promotion going on. Some staffs are very nice there some are not.

After work on Christmas Eve 12/24/2023 at 6 pm I came to the Sephora store at Hollywood to buy my wife a Christmas gift, standing at the Dior perfume stand I asked the staff for help, the manager her name is JEN #117101(employee) was very rude, pushed me away, She said that she didn’t want to sell me anything, it was time for me to leave, because they were closing in 4 minutes, although there was a long line at the checkout instead of selling. perfume for me, she called security and so I was forced to wait in the store and waste time when the guests in my house were going to celebrate such a wonderful holiday, I had to call the LAPD and get a police report to go to court regarding this dispute with the store manager, after 2 hour and a half in the store, I still couldn’t buy a gift and I left very upset with no presents for my lovely wife!

For Jen Employee (manager) terrible employee. Terrible service. Sephora should immediately review their staff and fire her immediately!. All of the staff stand around talking with each other offering no assistance to customers. They are too busy worrying about closing the store even when it’s not quite closing time.While being served at the counter the sales assistant still didn’t bother to talk to me rather complained into her microphone to the other staff about how many people were in the store and it’s near closing time.The presentation and maintenance of the store is also poor. Items are mismatched in the wrong colours. Not just a few.. almost everything.If you need some actual assistance in Sephora be sure to go to any store but the one on Hollywood Boulevard.

I had an “Ultimate Glam” 90 minutes make up application with Maria, and I’m very happy with my experience. Maria was very professional, made the best glam choices to suit my facial features, and I will most definitely be returning to see her. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable and happy with my final look! 10/10

Really bad. We purchased more than 180 USD, including one bundle of Charlotte Tilbury contouring and light. Those two products were labeled as a bundle by 42 USD. The cashier charged twice as much for those two items. We asked about it after the payment, and the supervisor employee told us that they charged them correctly. The labelling was Contour + Light: 42USD, this is clearly 42 bucks for both products, no doubts.This is really annoying and we must had given back all the products. Please label correctly your items.

This Sephora is so hard to get help at. I stand around and chase around the employees to help me for like 20 minutes. Today Whitney at the register was negative and had a bad attitude from the jump. I say “hi I’m here to make some returns” and she immediately goes silent and her demeanor gets even worse. I explain to her that I was not charged for one foundation but I’m not returning that one, I’m returning the one I wasn’t charged for. She can’t do that, understandable. Then I explain to her that I was charged twice for the same contour palette when I only bought one. She didn’t refund both charges when I went outside to check the receipt, so I went back in and explained that to a new person at the register. They get the manager and I explain the story a third time and Whitney starts talking under her breath about me and says I only gave her one palette which I already explained to her the situation. I told that to her again and she just ignores me, doesn’t acknowledge me and acts like I’m lying the whole time. Her attitude with everyone was just horrible and clearly she didn’t want to be at work, so Whitney, I suggest you call off next time you’re in a bad mood or quit your job if you don’t want to work in customer service and put on your customer service attitude! I know how hard it is, I’m a hairstylist, but everything is fixable and people come and go, no need to hold on to your anger all day :)

Alright Sephora decent size only critic is a employee gave me the wrong shade match when she was matching me to a foundation I clearly wanted a darker one and she gave me the lighter one which I can’t return it is what it is but overall it’s ok there is like 5 people on shift when I was there so very quiet

Yes today I went too Sephora and this regular employee named as “Margo “ tried treating me like if I was a peasant,like if i didn’t have cash too purchase this is so awfully sad because I’m coming from England and I did not expect this badly behavior,you guys should have a different personality with clients DONT JUDGE A BOOK BY ITS COVER ,TERRIBLE SERVICE

Sephora used to be my one of my go to make up stores. This location is not it. Stopped by back in early March to pick up some products I needed. I was greeted at the door and went about my way. I was browsing around and realized not a single associate has asked me if I needed assistance. It wasn't too busy but the thought of at least asking me would be appreciated. I found the product I was looking for but didn't see my shade and asked one of the workers to see if they have my shade in the drawer. She lazily looked and said "no we don't have it". Then I asked her about another product and told me to go on the app and color match myself. So I decided to walk up to someone and ask if someone on their team can help me get color matched, she said yes but be patient we're a little short staffed and someone can assist you. I waited almost 30 minutes to help only to find out I was skipped. It was so frustrating that I had already spent an hour in the store. I decided to just get the things I needed and checked out. I don't think I'll be shopping at this location again.
