The team here is very helpful and kind! I went to pick up some bleach, developer, and toner. Elizabeth immediately helped me out, and answered all my questions. She took the time to explain how the products worked, and suggested a great conditioning treatment to help protect my hair after bleaching. Jennifer also gave me helpful tips on how to pick the right toner. I’m super pleased with how my hair turned out and I’m so glad I took their suggestions! I highly recommend shopping at this Sally’s for a little extra support and insight if you’re bleaching your own hair.

I agree with all the post below. Evelyn and Jen both have the worst customer service. I went in on separate occasions thinking the last time I came in one of them was just having a bad day. I was wrong. The glares I experienced when I approached for help were like don't bother me and the response I experienced from asking for help were as if duh dummy. All I can say is I will not be back and if I can offer a suggestion to Evelyn and Jen if you don't like providing customer service look for another job that does not entail working with the public. Corporate should really re-consider their management at this location.

I just wanted to say I walked it with my 3 daughters just thinking of getting one product but as I walked in I got a big smile and a big great with welcome and not only that I was approached with do you need any help from a girl name Maria who started telling us the buy 4 special any size for 25$ now that's a bargain she started showing me all the products and asked how was my day... that was the best service ever and Michelle the other worker did the same thing with my daughters they both were so great in service we left spending over 100$ in stuff I just wanted to thank the company for have good employees like this It's not easy to find good employees or good service now in days coming from a background of district manager/store manager. I hope you give them some type of incentive. Good job girls. And thank you.

I don't go here very often, but when I do it's always a pleasure. The store is clean, but that's not why I like it here. Is the staff. From the moment you walk into the store they are nice. They offer help, ask if there are questions, and then really are helpful. But wait, there's more! They don't hover. They check in. They answer questions and let me be. I hunt and get more questions and they stop by to answer them. There is no up sale pressure, they want you to get what you want, not what they want you to buy. Friendly and helpful! Last time the girl that helped me wasn't 100% sure, so she grabbed her colleague and I got great help. Service pushes this place over the top. The selection is great. A whole store devoted to hair! Who knew? I wish they had more facial stuff. There is a small selection, but nothing huge. I like this store, you will too.

Every single time I go here they greet me as soon as I walk in and if I need help they immediately come to help. Very friendly staff. They are knowledgeable and can give in depth advice on products. I really like these ladies. Always a good vibe.

Came to this Sally today at this location at 4:25. There was an employee just walking around, I asked her a question on a product this employee was very rude She had an attitude. This is very upsetting the type of customer service is very low.

I consider myself a minimalist so I can't own dozens of hair care products. Mostly I use drug store brands ie -wash, condition, etc .I have natural curls so I like to explore what other products are out there. This supply store had large amount of a certain hair brand ( " Mizani"? ) that I had not seen in stores for a bit.On checkout I was told that the brand was and others were bogo that day .That was nice .Don't know when I'd return but when I was there it was worth it.

This place literally has nothing. The employees don’t even bother to check the back or inventory. I asked maybe three times for three different products if they had any left and they just said no, they wouldn’t even check in the back. Definitely not coming here again and don’t expect for them to have what you’re looking for.

The staff here is AMAZING. They know what customer service, they also know their products.Elizabeth has helped me on more than one occasion. I am over 5O and was an 80s new wave kid....LOL. Better times and better music sadly than today's world.The customer service you get at Sallys, is well a the way it used to be., Target(who I boycott now) could learn from them.Don't buy off Amazon or online, go see the ladies at Sallys. Keep people employed and businesses that deserve our businees thriving.
