Luckily I ran into this place that offers key copies. They offer a wide range of products and services. Grateful for this small business that could. “Usually a quiet place. Today the owner Tigran was extremely uncooperative. I walked into the office and he was not wearing a mask. This is typical. Usually I just stand at the door and he'll put on his mask while I wait. Today he didn't and because of that, I decided not to walk into the office. He came to the door to give me my package. I mentioned I would not come in if he had no mask in. This is where his attitude flared and he said, "then don't ever come in". I was shocked that an owner while be this way to a customer but ok. So I asked him if he was the owner. He said yes. I asked for his name and he refused. After a minute of back and fourth, he started raising his voice to me. This is where I pulled out the camera, as I post on social. After this, he gave me his name. Tigray, whether you believe in masks or not, your clients do and the city mandates it. I will report you to the city next time, as it is the law!”

“Needed a document notarized last week. Although I have mailed packages from Mail Call, I didn't realize they offered notary services. I walked in and the employee (I think it was Tyler) was on the phone and I had to wait a few minutes. I was impressed by how professional he was while speaking to the customer. It only took a few minutes to get my paperwork notarized. So convenient! Want to add that although the UPS Store in Westchester also provides notary service, you need to make an appointment. Mail Call was easier for me since I was just able to walk in. Thanks for the great, friendly service!”

“I recently spent several weeks in West LA and I needed a reliable mailbox to have packages sent to. I checked yelp, and Mail and More popped up as both highly rated and nearby. I was so happy with the service they provided, they handled my packages with care, texted me when something arrived for me, and they kindly saved me money by having me just rent the smallest mailbox, since I wasn't expecting anything but packages. The employees are are really friendly, and the cherry on top is that parking is great. Lots of places on the street, and a lot in back. That really matters if you're toting several boxes to your car! I highly recommend Mail and More, two enthusiastic thumbs up!”

“Words cannot describe how pleased my company and I are with the services provided here. I had to process a big order of items (50+), all with various sizes, weights, fragility, variety of addresses and more. I had called several companies in my area, and UPS let me know that it would take days if not two weeks to process all of this through them. I called independent shipping centers, and was quoted incredibly high prices, even including the smallest of item. Everything in the Los Angeles/DTLA area couldn't fulfill my requests, especially on such short notice. After browsing yelp for a while, reviewing all reviews, I decided on Burbank Shipping Center. It was honestly a far drive for me, and I had to make multiple trips throughout the week. But it was 100% worth it. A big shoutout to Anthony and Trent for their customer service. They walked me through everything I needed to know, while providing a plethora of options in areas of concern for me, and overall, they knew exactly what they're doing. All my items were well-packed and were beyond my expectations. They had to customize a good amount of boxes as my items were large and unusual in shape. In addition, there wasn't any room for doubt as their quick and efficient work ethic made me feel reassured. It was such an easy and pleasing process to have worked with them.
