“I've used this store for shipping and Amazon returns and I've never had an issue. They're always been friendly, and quickly yet efficiently get what I need taken care of. I also have to give a special shout-out to Yesenia - she's such a sweetheart! I was in a bind since my printer ran out of ink and needed to get a label printed so that my package could go out ASAP, and she went above and beyond getting it all set up for me. I started to use here several years ago since I knew almost 3-4 years. I always sending huge box to Korea and they send it without any issue. I usually sent used cloth for sibling’s kid, sometimes used toys and snacks.

Ever since I found out about this place 3 or 4 years ago, I have been using Lako since I drive to Korea to send parcels, even though it is almost an hour away. The price is reasonable, the delivery is made without a single omission or mistake, and the person is very kind.
I always send my children's clothes, snacks and toys for my nieces and nephews to my sisters in Korea in a really big box, and the price is so reasonable and it's so reliable that I even asked them to keep it for a long time haha.
I've only sent it to Korea, so I'm not sure about other countries, but if you really want to send something to Korea, I highly recommend it!!”

“Cool spot to come to and hang out at. It is mostly college kids here with a few regulars. The Trader Joe's and the Target are a great addition. There's some pretty decent eating spots here. The validate parking for 2 hours. You can get some parking on the street but the structure is good. Plenty of spaces. I don't mind coming by here especially for the Trader Joe's”
