Jason at Mac Hollywood repairs is a highly skilled professional. He worked incredibly fast to completely replace the logic board in my M1 Macbook pro when several other places wouldn't take on the job. To me, this level of customer service is above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place and I am already planning to come back for another upgrade.

My second time with an LCD issue and I decided to try MacHollywood due to unsatisfactory with another place. Big thank you to Jason for fixing my macbook screen AND saving my data. He was also very considerate to replace my partner’s missing keys at no cost. This place is definitely valid!

Awesome shop! I called them with a technical question from California, I didnt even buy my product from them, yet they helped me and it fixed my Wacom! Hella cool, rare in this day and age. Cool shop. Thanks!

Jason was so friendly and helpful. I had immediate confidence that I was going to get the best job and in good time. The Mac had a fault not charging.... I got a call the next morning from Jason. He had fixed it and the price was $150.00 which was very reasonable.I will use them again without hesitation., Thank you Jason... great job.

Just bought my used MacBook Pro from Mac Hollywood after researching on Amazon, Best Buy and Mac Stores. Decided to go with used as I've had good success before with Mac Air. The service was great! The staff very friendly and informative. They were very patient with my questions. The best store for everything MAC. Recently bought 2 new Promise M4 external drive to back up over 10 years of photographs from my photography business. Patrick was super helpful with my purchase. Even better than Apple Support. I live on the east coast and so everything was done on line and by email. No annoying 5 layer button pushing -- Just plain helpful human interaction. If you are considering a Mac or Mac related products this should be your go to place.

As a longtime Wacom user, I was delighted to locate MacHollywood in the Hollywood section of Los Angeles, CA.Although Wacom Technology has a robust website and online store, it was nice to find a local authorized dealer.MacHollywood has a variety of Wacom pen tablets on display in the Wacom Experience area of their store. I was able to try several of them before purchasing a new tablet for my studio.Any questions I had were answered by their helpful, experienced and friendly sales staff.Overall it was an exceptional experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Apple or Wacom products.Today, they converted me to a loyal customer. Visit their website and if you're in the area, stop by their store and buy a Wacom tablet or two. You'll be glad you did.

I have to say that the service here is incredible. I’ve had 4 machines serviced there over the years. Jason in the back is great. He was kind enough to give me tips when I was attempting my own ssd upgrade. I’m so grateful to have them in the neighborhood!!

Highly recommend for data recovery on failed drives. Jason @ Mac Hollywood was able to recover files from my failed hard drive for a great price after two other places, including an Apple "Genius" could not help and wanted me to spend over $1,000 to send the drive out for data recovery. 6/5 thanks for recovering my files

Five stars for this small indie business that fixed a key on a MacBook in exactly one minute.It was a simple repair that required two calls to a competitor on Melrose before they said they couldn't/wouldn't do the same, that it might require replacing the entire keyboard, that the repair would take weeks.I was reminded of a time my car's side view mirror was knocked off. The dealer said the repair would take days and cost almost $500. An indie mechanic bolted the mirror back on for $25. This was like that, with one major exception: they didn't ask for any payment. Thank you.

I came in with an issue with my keyboard that Jason fixed in 2 minutes. Come here before coming to Apple, especially if you're not under apple care anymore. Apple was going to charge me $600.00 while Mac Hollywood fixed the issue without charge within 2 minutes!
