The service is great, with staff described as friendly, helpful, informative, patient, honest, and nice. They provide crazy fast and fairly priced repairs, including fixing screens and charging issues, without trying to upsell. Customers report immediate confidence in getting the best job done in good time. Help is offered even over the phone to those who didn't buy from them. The shop is open on weekdays for visitors to stop by, ask questions, and use the equipment to get their creative mind going. Many customers state they will definitely return.
My second time with an LCD issue and I decided to try MacHollywood due to unsatisfactory with another place. Big thank you to Jason for fixing my macbook screen AND saving my data. He was also very considerate to replace my partner’s missing keys at no cost. This place is definitely valid!

Awesome shop! I called them with a technical question from California, I didnt even buy my product from them, yet they helped me and it fixed my Wacom! Hella cool, rare in this day and age. Cool shop. Thanks!

Jason was so friendly and helpful. I had immediate confidence that I was going to get the best job and in good time. The Mac had a fault not charging.... I got a call the next morning from Jason.
