“Of the few AAAs that I've been to (including Burbank and Arcadia), this one's my favorite. They're a super tiny location and have been there forever and every employee that I've dealt with there have been absolutely amazing. They're courteous, professionally dressed, and they do their job well. I even saw one guy get yelled at for something that was not his fault; the customers said they needed to get their DMV license renewed and the employee said calmly that they didn't do that but they do DMV registration renewals, the customers doubled-down and it was water off the employee's back, they made a joke about it and moved it. It was handled really well. I love seeing that. My respect goes to all the employees there that have to deal with a wide spectrum of interesting people. I love how they have passport photos for a minimal cost and that they have notarization services on site. It was a hot day and they had a mini fridge stocked with their logo-branded water for anyone who needed it. Thank you for making my day.”
