Not the best experience. We pulled in to the locked parking area which was secure, but quickly we were frustrated. It was later in the evening, and when we made our way to the office the attendant at the front desk claimed we never made a reservation (even after I provided the confirmation and card I paid with) All the reservations were printed on to sheets of paper (shockingly unorganized), and the ones he had he pushed towards us stating “if that’s not your name then there is nothing I can do.” They then ignored us while helping another customer for a good 10 minutes. After that they tried to shoo us away but then decided to begrudgingly call their manager. Manager informs them we DO have a reservation and reamed them for not giving us our room. We were then given a room that was not the one we reserved, and was of much lesser quality. There was grime caked onto the baseboards and bathroom tiles, and only 1 outlet worked. Not a good nights sleep to say the least. In its entirety, it wasn’t quite the professionalism you would hope so see when you plan to be vulnerable enough to sleep.

BEWARE!! does NOT issue refunds under any circumstances!
We cancelled our stay of 2 rooms with 1 week notice and weren't even offered a partial refund. $1500 of our hard earned money gone!!!
The disappointment doesn't end there. If we wanted to reverse the cancellation to stop the loss, we would have had to rebook at an even higher rate and pay the difference!

Horrible place don’t stay here, smells horrible and they have BED BUGS!! Parking was horrible. Ruined my trip.

I saw a lot of harsh reviews of this spot and stayed here anyways because of how close it was to the tourist part of Hollywood. It was really great for the price and gave me a lot of agency to walk in the area and save of Ubers.

Honesty for its price and location being literally on Sunset strip just a stones throw away from Hollywood Bvld. It's great. It's nothing fancy, it's not glamorous but you are not going to get a better bed in this location for this price. People mah say it's noisy but it's ON SUNSET STRIP!! What do you expect?! If you want peace and quiet book the Hollywood Hills. I would stay here again.
You have Danny's Diner, IHOP , a Seven Eleven and Chick-fil-a all within a few steps. By staying here you can enjoy Hollywood and avoid the sleepless busy Hollywood Blvd and trust me you'll want to after one or two walks to the walk of fame which takes no more than 5 minutes walking
Rooms: The rooms are just fine
Nearby activities: Hollywood Blvd is a 5 minute or less walk away. You can see the Hollywood sign from the hotel entrance.
Safety: Was walking around the area with my partner at 4 am and had not one issue. There are sketchy people around the streets but they don't even care to talk to you on the streets. Hotel is very safe.

The rooms are nice and quaint. I really enjoyed that aspect of staying there. But the TV channels were mostly grainy with very little channel options.
They had no hangers to hang my clothes which was very disappointing. I'm accustomed to most hotels and Motels having hangers.
Lastly, I wish they had a microwave. Otherwise very nice place and I'd definitely recommend them. I'm just nitpicking bec6 those are very easy improvements for them to make.
