Terrible! You can wait and wait and wait and nobody comes to help you when you need a product that is locked up,no matter how many time you press that red button. Also no shopping carts or baskets if you need to buy more than 2 or 3 things!

Hello Yelper's, I rarely leave comments on local go-to's such as our local pharmacy because it's kinda just a chain brand and not expected to be any better than another chain pharmacy. Buuuut, after being a longtime (decade +) and loyal customer of this particular CVS I feel obligated to share with fellow neighbors/locals to know that choosing this particular location does make a difference and is a far superior experience in customer service, employee knowledge, store cleanliness and just the all-around experience and quality at this CVS on Cahuenga in Hwood!! And umm.. Karen!! I know this store is always very, VERY busy and has a huge amount of traffic at all hours (they're open 24/7) yet Karen remembers me and my name, outfits I've worn while shopping here and exact convos we've shared and guidance and referral of products from packing tape to nail polishes;)I am truly so touched and impressed by her. I meannn... she must interact with a myriad of random people/fellow customers every single day yet still remembers me is so impressive and so appreciated!! Karen and her store and her team are total ROCKSTARS at all they do!! Every single employee that I've asked for help knew exactly which aisle, which side of the aisle and precisely where on the shelf it is.. Albeit having thousands of SKU's they still know exactly where to find everything!! In addition, regarding the pharmacy~ Annie (their pharmacy manager) and Mia (fellow pharmacist) are both AMAZING kind, knowledgeable and passionate of all things pharmacy and customer service related!! This CVS is always such a good experience. Karen is an amazing leader and her expertise and amazing'ness is reflected on the caliber of her team and their store. Thank you Karen, Steve, Annie, Mia, Brian, Cindy and all others that I don't remember names right now. You guys are total ROCKSTARS at what you do and CVS is lucky to have you representing them!!

Reading the comments of this page seems like this CVS lacks in customer service ... but you know what they are good and efficient at ?? towing cars... if this CVS was dedicated to customer service as they are dedicated to towing cars it would be the best CVS location in Los Angeles. Not only do they swiftly pick up your car the minute you step away from the parking lot, but they also use a towing company that are scammers.

DO not fucking park here if you're going to the night market these bitch fuckers are going to tow your car after 1 hour. Either pay the $20 parking lot fee next to the market or park somewhere else.

I take a medication that has to be ordered, then sent to 'Central' before it can be released to the pharmacy where it was ordered. There are many systems failures within the CVS system that cause the prescription to stay in "central" and never get sent to said pharmacy. That's not all. The "robot" phone system often tells me when I call it that the prescription is ready and available for pick up or that it will be ready, say, tomorrow at 2:30 for pick up. Not only is it not ready, but the pharmacist has to then order it (again?) from central and I have to come back. THAT WOULD BE ENOUGH to make many people crazy. But it gets worse. All the time lost can cause a lapse between one prescription and the next and it is not a good think for me to stop this medication abruptly. It's actually dangerous. THAT SHOULD BE ENOUGH. But there is more. Deep the pharmacy manager from the Cahuenga store in Hollywood has decided that I should be the one to call central and have the system fixed. THANKS DEEP. I'll be sure to let them know that the manager that they don't know has suggested a customer can probably explain the problem better. And thanks for being so darn concerned about my health. What is it, Deep, that made you want to go into pharmacology; we know it wasn't to help people.

Pharmacy hours are a joke. Unable to use the drive-thru... it's always out of order. Can't get through on the phone... find a better pharmacy.

Communication is key. I had an appointment for a vaccine last week, which I missed and that’s my bad. It was a busy week and once I realized, I called CVS to reschedule. I was told that I could just walk in the next day. I did that and waited near consultation for seven minutes and not one person acknowledged me. So, I decided to just get in the Rx pick-up line. There were four people ahead of me and I was probably in line for 10 minutes. Upon my turn, I was told I should have been in the consultation line. So, I got back and waited. Finally, I talk to Joe G., who is bound and determined to point out all the mistakes I made. And then hands me paperwork to fill out. Not a huge deal, it took like 60 seconds. but I still had to wait 10-15 minutes to receive the vaccine. If the woman I spoke to on the phone had told me this, I would have made the appointment on the app instead of wasting almost 30 minutes of my day.

Don’t bring photos / disposable cameras here. I dropped two off and they said turn around time would be two weeks. Two and half weeks later I call and they say six weeks actually. I show up to the store to ask someone about it and find out they haven’t even been mailed to their third party developer yet. Employee was very kind and apologetic and gave me my cameras back. I went to Photo Avenue down the street instead and they had three day turn around for scans
