Multiple experiences at this particular location. EVERYONE is awful and there is ZERO customer service. I do advise going to literally any other location or bank. At such a prominent spot you think corporate would step in to do ANYTHING to improve how the staff treats customers.

WARNING: AVOID BANKING HERE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR TIME WASTED. GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH LOCATON IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS YOU WANT ADDRESSED. I have been a Preferred BofA customer for over 15 years. The interaction I had with the staff at this bank was frustrating enough that I decided to close all my accounts and move my money to Chase next door. The staff here are NOT solution oriented. I came in to do a name change on my accounts because I got married. I understand my situation is a bit more complex than others because I have a joint account with a family member who lives in another state. However, after I had spent 3 weeks mailing paperwork back and forth with my family member I share a joint account with due to signature requirements, the branch manager at this BofA location tells me their back office messed up updating my name change. She said nothing about what THEY would do to fix it other than telling me their back office messed up, and because they messed up, I had to do more paperwork. HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?? What I've noticed about the people who work at this branch specifically, is they take no ownership over the process. They pass the blame to others who work in other departments at BofA and don't provide reasonable solutions. The customer should NOT HAVE TO DO MORE WORK FOR SOMETHING THEY MESSED UP. I've been to other BofA locations and have not dealt with this level of incompetence anywhere else. The staff at this location needs training on customer service badly. They need to LEAD WITH SOLUTIONS instead of more problems. That one change will solve a lot of the complaints that people have with this branch. Unfortunately, my long standing relationship with BofA was ruined by the people who work here. I went to Chase next door and they immediately helped me and solved my problems quickly. They didn't give me the runaround to make an online appointment more than a month out (which is what BofA told me to do, since they don't have any appointments for more than a month out). SO IF YOU BANK WITH BOFA AND NEED HELP WITH SOMETHING, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATON. OTHERWISE MOVE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE.

terrible bank, they refuse to open an account for no reason. I come a second time and again they have new requirements for documents. Manager Rudy claims that the lease agreement is a necessary document for opening an account. Please take action against this employee

Went in to order checks, left with a savings account I didn't ask for and my checking account is so fucked up I can't do ANYTHING right now. These people are so incompetent and unhelpful it's actually so fucking frustrating.

Another rave review for BofA! They are terrible. I mean wow! A new low. Let's start off with there are only 2 tellers open- max. The line wraps forever and the staff are very rude and unhelpful. In addition you can see them behind the glass having their little parties. It's disgusting, rude and unprofessional. In addition it seems no one speaks English. Gustavo has to be the biggest offender. He should be working at the dmv! Gracias

* This is for bofa call center and banking institutions. My spouse has lost his card and attempted to make a transfer so he'd have access to his funds while they promised to send the replacement in one week. Unfortunately, Bank of america has stalled his transfer to HIS OWN BANK. He has not yet received a new card in over a week. Their business practices seem unproductive, and some agents seem unwilling to adhere to their own policy based on how little training they have. We have every intention of addressing their unwavering unprofessional practices that we experienced. And we will get our funds back to us where it belongs.

Parking attendant harassed me in the lot because she didn’t think I was at the bank even though I came back through the elevator after my transaction. Extremely unprofessional and whoever was working parking 11/4/23 at 2pm should be relieved of duty immediately

This branch has the RUDEST and laziest bankers I’ve ever seen. Waited in line and they refused to help me with a simple wire transfer. After me, there were no customers waiting, yet they still refused to take a minute to help. He was too busy playing games on his computer to do his actual job. Snobby attitude.Bank of America is just so unreliable - this was my experience at this branch but I don’t have all day to bank-hop to find someone who will actually help with such a basic service.Withdrawing my accounts and taking my business elsewhere, to a bank that actually does basic banking services for its clients.

I was in one of the ones in this town and a Latin guy helped me. In customer service, I think his name is Gustavo. I had already gone to the bank that is in the branch in MacArthur Park and the girls who serve the customer there only told him They make appointments all their lives, they are busy. There is one that only happens in the parking lot and the other says that she has a lot of appointments. A call is made to the majority manager of all the Banco América stores to please check that place. Their employees do not want to attend to the customer. Customer, I await my response, please, the only person who could assist me here at the Hollywood bank was a gentleman named Gustavo and he assisted me very well and it only took 5 minutes. People like that need us. Because we are the customer and we are right. It is fair that they give you appointments until the year 2024 when they are not doing anything. Please check that store that is located in Markartur Park. There is a girl who is fat and the other who has blonde hair and there is a gentleman too. People don't work well there, they're arrogant and we need them to solve our problems and they only pass by in their parking lots and it's nothing like that. The bank is supposedly open until 4 in the afternoon on Saturdays and now it's closed for them at 2, they say. They can't make appointments or serve anyone. If those women don't want to work, not even the gentleman, then fire him because it's not fair that you have your money invested there so that your employees don't work.
